Frangista is a small upscale Gulf Front Community of some 25 exquisite homes all built to complement one another.Although there is wireless internet access, you can also walk to the corner to 'Bad Ass Coffee' for internet access, a great cup of java and maybe make new friends. If you are not familiar with Scenic 98 location, it departs from hwy 98 at the Destin Commons Mall and comes back into 98 at Silver Sands Outlet Mall. The beach is private and hence uncrowded, no high rise condos in the area.

The cottage is kept in 5* condition and is complete with everything to make your family vacation perfect. all bathrooms have been remodelled in 2011 and new kitchen appliances in 2012.

Hi,

Live in the UK but had a vacation rental in Destin for 19 years. Been around the world and no other beach community compares

What can you say about Destin?? Been around the world, had other vacation homes, but nothing to compare. The beach, emerald waters, golf, fishing,culture, restaurants and shopping to die for. All in a small world environment which is safe and secure

What makes this cottage unique

Year round weather, may be cold days, but there's always something to do. An environment that offers something for everyone.

Watch the kids enjoy on the shallow beach. Let the big kids play golf or fish. Mum do what you want. Don't forget his credit card. ENJOY

Just returned home from a wonderful week's stay in your beach house. It was beautiful and so comfortable and convenient to everything! We usually stay in a high-rise condo, and decided to try your beach house this time, and we will never go back to the high-rise condos! LOVED STAYING AT YOUR HOME! Thank you!
