Built and designed in 1986 by one of Marbella's top architects for an internationally renowned artist this villa offers a unique Andalucian style combined with an individual artistic flair. Comprising of 5 large individually air conditioned themed bedrooms, 3 made up as twin singles, 2 doubles with 3 being en suite and two with there own private terraces both with sea and mountain views. This offers highly versatile accommodation, the master bedroom being exceptionally large with a separate dressing area, large bathroom with views from the bath out to the stunning mountains. Situated off the bedroom is a large 120m2 private terrace complete with new terrace furniture and outstanding views across the Mediterranean to Gibraltar and onto the coast of Africa.

Location, location, location - This property is situated on the edge of famous Marbella and a 5 minute drive from the exclusive Golden Mile and 2 minutes from central Marbella. This peaceful location is central to all the Costa del Sol has to offer with something for every one of all ages, from designer shops to some of the best restaurants on the coast, not to mention the outstanding Marinas with some of the most beautiful yachts in the Mediterranean. For the children within a 10 minute drive there is Selwo Safari Park, while within a 15 minute drive they can enjoy the Sea World Centre at Benalmadena Marina or perhaps the Dolphins at Selwo close by, further on at Torremolinas there is Tivoli Adventure World, a huge water park of for the more adventurous the crocodile park! All in all, something for every one.

The dining area comprises of two dining tables with combined seating for 12, allowing the option of children and adults to eat separately if required. The kitchen is again uniquely designed with a seating area for another 6 and complimented with all modern appliances. The villa is decorated throughout with the beautiful paintings of the artist who is currently exhibiting in the Hungarian National Gallery.
