The property is a villa set up as 2 independent apartments with separate entrances. Each floor comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen and lounge. Satellite TV, washing machine, stereo, DVD, Internet and telephone (ideal for working away) are provided. The property suits people from all age groups. It has the character of a traditional Lanzarote property and the views are breathtaking. Punta Mujeres is a charming village with a superb local atmosphere. Fishing, sunbathing and swimming are just outside the front door. Shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets are all within easy walking distance. As you walk through Punta Mujeres you'll discover beaches with sea pools, sea front bars and restaurants, fishing pier, rocky coastline ideal for picnics and rock pooling. Football pitch, children's play ground, and many interesting sites are all nearby.

Welcome to our beautiful Lanzarote apartment situated on the sea front in Punta Mujeres. The apartment has 100 m2 of living area and is one floor of a 2 storey villa. The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen and lounge. Outside there is direct access to the pebbly beach which caters for swimming and fishing. There is a table and chairs just outside the door. You can sit outside and enjoy the sun all day with beautiful views. The apartment has been completely remodelled this year and includes new kitchen and bathrooms. It is newly furnished in a modern style. The open plan lounge windows provide magnificent views of the sea. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms. The apartment is on the ground floor and has high speed internet access and a telephone. As you walk along the seafront you'll find many sea pools as well as bars and restaurants. A first floor apartment with roof terrace is also available.

The village of Punta Mujeres is located on the northeast coastline of Lanzarote adjacent to Arrieta. The property is situated on the seafront which is just a few metres from the door. The streets and paths hug the coastline so you are never far from the water. A variety of beaches and sea pools are scattered throughout the village. Lanzarote is a small but beautiful varied island with volcanic black or white sandy beaches and breathtaking views. Along the nearby coasts are numerous beaches, sand dunes, the port of Orzola, and volcanic rock waterfronts. The tourist attractions of Jameos del Agua, Mirador del Rio, Cuevas de los Verdes, the Cactus Gardens of Guatiza, and palm trees of Haria are only a few miles away. Further afield there are the main tourist resorts of Costa Teguise and Puerto del Carmen, the capital city, Arrecife, wine fields of La Geria, Timanfaya volcano and the creative works of Cesar Manrique. There is magnificent varied land scape throught the island.

The property situated in Punta Mujeres is ideal for people from all walks of life. It has the character of a traditional Lanzarote property and the views are breathtaking. It is a charming village with a superb local atmosphere. Fishing, sunbathing and swimming are just outside the front door. If you choose to stay in Punta Mujeres you'll never have far to go from the villa in order to spend each day on a unique beach, although many people prefer to explore the more rugged areas of coastline where tranquil coves and natural pools provide the kind of environment that is perfect for a truly romantic holiday. Within a 5 minute walk there are local bars and restaurants which cater for all tastes and budgets. The local bar is especially 'Canarian' where you can sit by the sea front with a beer or glass of wine for a euro or 2 and a choice of tapas for 2 or 3 euros. There are a number of mini markets, shops, take away cafes, and of course restaurants.

If you fancy a day out the towns of Hariia and Teguise are nearby and are the capitals of the local municipalities. They are very interesting and Canarian. The drive from Punta Mujeres to Haria and Teguise is magnificent. Most water sports can be partaken in Punta Mujeres or nearby. Surfing is popular in neighbouring Arrieta. Swimming, snorkelling, fishing, are just outside the door. Walking and cycling are very popular as the local terrain is flat. We do provide 2 cycles.

Well what can we say other than this holiday was fantastic the house is beautiful and the views over the ocean are lovely, we definately felt like it was a home from home with everything we needed. I would reccomend hiring a car as there is plenty to see and do and the beaches are amazing.
We will be coming back again and again.

Myself & my husband wanted a quiet & relaxinfg few days away, & that is exactly what we got. Beautiful location with fantastic views out onto the seafront. Quiet spainish village with as much or little as you would like to do. Lovely little restauarants, shops & seafront.
The upper apartment is great as it has a sun terrace with all the facillities you need. Both apartments are very well maintained, clean, modern & in excellent condition. Easy access to local costa Teguise if you want to visit a local resort which has a bit more nightlife or activity.
The owners are very approachable & helpful. They also arranged our car hire for us & gave us some handy tips of where to visit & eat etc. Thanks for a wonderful holiday, we will definatley reccommend you to our friends & family. We hope to return next year.

Fabulous apartment (lower). Lots of room - double with en-suite shower, twin with room for cot (provided free along with high chair) + family bathroom. Comfortable & roomy kitchen/diner/lounge with delightful sea view. Modern but felt at home rather than on edge with toddler. Were glad no pool as not required + no worries re safety of toddler. Easy walk to food, paddling & playground. Off main road so tranquil. Lovely village plus lots around to visit + next door Arrieta has great beach & more restaurants (esp tapas on beach). Perfect for people looking for a relaxing holiday & exploring the island rather than the bustle of the resorts.

Had look at upstairs apartment. Decor & facilities similar to downstairs. Fab views. Good roof terrace for sun worshippers but not much shade. Personally terrace & steep tiled stairs not good for small children & infirm so glad we picked downstairs which was ideal for us.

Owners were very friendly & helpful with recommendations & the loan of beach toys. Hope they have managed to get the wi-fi up & running. Would love to return one day.

Seafront holiday

Upon arrival at the apartment we couldn't believe how close it is to the seafront. We walked outside the door in the morning and had our breakfast sitting by the sea. The apartment catered for all our needs and had everything most people have at home. The village is very traditional with the people very friendly. The amenities including the seaside bar, restaurants and supermarket were very good and easily accessible by foot. This apartment and the village of Punta Mujeres is ideal for holidaymakers who wish to be away from the holiday centre, package style holiday in tourist towns.

We had a wonderful time in this apartment located right on the seafront. It is an ideal spot to explore or just sit and relax. The facilities of the apartment are modern and excellant. I was working away from home so found the internet and telephone connection particularly helpful. Bothe bathrooms and kitchen were very well fitted and the aprtment very clean
