    The security deposit (300 Euros) is also payable in cash or check at your arrival to the apartment. Refund of the security deposit is in cash or the original check is returned without being cashed, after the departure inspection has been performed and no damage has been observed in the apartment.
  • Two apartment inspection will be done: the first at the tenant's arrival and second at the departure.
  • Contractual booking deposit: 30% rent
  • Damage deposit: EUR150.00

Thank you Alex for a wonderful week in Brussels. The apartment is clean,quiet, and secure. The kitchen has all the amenities one could need and the artwork and furnishings are modern and help to make the living space cozy and comfortable. The location is very convenient as it is close to shopping and transit as well as within easy walking distance to Grand Place and other interesting areas. It was great to have such a spacious and comfortable apartment to come home to after a busy day of sightseeing. We would definitely stay here again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing

We enjoyed our stay at Alex's apartment.
The apartment is very secure, spacious and very clean. It is also very convenient where you can find the metro station nearby and shopping area/ supermarket within walkable distance.

Excellent in every way

The apartment is excellent in every way. It is very comfortable with all the amenities you would find at home and the decor is modern and very tasteful. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you could need.
Alex is extremely helpful and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble for him.
The location is in a quiet street adjacent to one of the main shopping streets but the apartment felt very safe and there was no noise at night. All the attractions such as Grande Place are only a short walk away and the metro is close by.
There are plenty of good eating places and I would recommend Switch, Le Fin du Siècle and Brasserie Royale
I would certainly look to stay here the next time we are in Brussels

Great Place to Stay

I stayed at this flat for two weeks in January and again for two weeks in February on business. What a great flat! The building was very secure. It is well-designed space, clean and very sunny, nice artwork and all the necessities. The location is just perfect with everything within walking distance including a big shopping area with supermarket around the corner as well as the metro station. The walk to Grand Place is about 7 minutes down either a fun busy shopping street or one with more quiet historical buildings.

One of my biggest concerns was arriving alone in the city so I was so pleased that Alex (the host) was there to great me both times with the keys and helpful hints for how to find everything I needed in the neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this apartment and stay there again myself if I found myself in Brussels.
