Two bedroom spectacular apartment, 700 meters from the Ericeira beach, 800 meters from the center of Ericeira, Complete Atlantic sea views, Large open privacy terrace, Top floor flat, Shared swimming pool with garden around. 40 minutes drive from Lisbon.The beautiful coast of Ericeira with a strong iodized climate offers gentle summers and mild winters. More than a dozen beaches including, Ribeira de Ilhas, which as become internationally one of the best surfing beaches in Europe, offers to the tourists a wide range of quiet places and scenarios. Traditionally a place of fishermen and sailors, offers a lot of good restaurants with seafood, bars, night clubs and shops.Tennis is nearby. Sintra, Cascais and Estoril are very well know towns about 20 Km. Obidos town also makes almost essential viewing from a holiday in Ericeira, Portugal. We recommend car hire to explore this lovely area. The weather in Ericeira is delightful. Third floor no lift.

Surf details: More than a dozen beaches including, Ribeira de Ilhas, which as become internationally one of the best surfing beaches in the whole of Europe, offers to the tourists a wide range of quiet places and scenarios. If you are looking for the best rollers in Europe go to Ribeira de Ilhas beach. Ericeira, with the beach regularly used for body boarding, skim boarding and beach-volleyball, as well as a base for scuba diving, deep sea fishing, water skiing and windsurfing expeditions.

Gastronomy: A wide choice of good restaurants with traditional and seafood are available at the down town of Ericeira. Some of the best restaurants outside Lisbon are found in Ericeira, and the views from the hillside establishments are absolutely fantastic, especially as the sun sets over the horizon, lighting the sky with a wonderful orange hue.

Local Information: A complet set of information of local area are available at the apartment. Sintra town is absolutely beautiful, situated in beautifully lush, green hills. The National Park of Sintra/Cascais is absolutely stunning, named by UNESCO for its natural beauty and cultural importance. The medieval town of Obidos, about 40Km to the North by motorway A8, makes almost essential the visiting, is absolutely beautiful. The beautiful National Park and Palace of Mafra offering visitors some magnificent walking, mountain biking and horse riding trails. We recommend car hire to explore this lovely area.

Golf: The famous towns of Sintra and Cascais very well know, about 20 Km from Ericeira has a wide choice of golf facilities.

The apartment was great! Incredible views, sunset each evening on the patio. The two bedrooms were spacious, the living space was nicely decorated, well lit and the kitchen was well equipt. The owners left helpful information for our use. There is parking, a pool and ping pong. The weather was too cool for us to use the pool.

The location is a short walk to one beach and longer walk to the town center and two other beaches. There are a ton of stairs up to the apartment, which was fine for us, but not so great for older adults.

The water pressure was pretty good, however there was not a ton of hot water, showers were luke warm. There was one electric heater, but it was a little cold at night. There were plenty of blankets for the beds. The mattressed were not very comfortable though.

We loved the town of Ericeria, and the whole experience, however the weather was probably a little cooler than what we'd expected. Next time we'll come earlier in the fall.
