Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euro) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Charges included
  • The price for the weekly rental includes linen (sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels) for 2 guests. Beyond, there is a fixed price of € 20 per person.
    In addition to the rental, there is a tourist tax (€ 0.85 per person and per night) refunded to the Trésor Public.
    Payment terms: 30 % deposit upon booking, the balance upon arrival.
    A € 300 security deposit is requested and refunded upon departure, after the inventory.
    Payments can be made by bank transfer, cheque or cash.
    The weekend price is for 2 nights, the 3rd night is charged € 50.
    For the weekend, the arrival and departure time is flexible.







  • During high season, rental from Saturday to Saturday, the accommodation is available on arrival from 4 p.m and must be vacated on departure at 12 a.m.
    We only accept small pets, (less than 10 kg), we ask an extra € 30 per day. The owners are asked to not leave their dog walk without lead, to take them out so they can do their business, to protect the sofas, armchairs and beds with the appropriate covers, not provided.

  • Contractual booking deposit: 30% rent
  • Damage deposit: EUR300.00

This was a perfect place for us to stay and experience Normandy coast. Very comfortable and clean with great views of the sea and access to the beach. Close to nearby Dieppe. The owner Bernard was a great and helpful host. There is a nice cafe and bar right on the beach, a wonderful bakery down the street. We had a quiet and relaxing stay. Would recommend, and would definitely stay here again.

Lovely apartment, great location

I stayed here with 3 friends and we loved it. Everything was clean and brand new. Very comfortable beds and the sofa bed was comfortable too. The open plan kitchen and lounge make it a great area for dining with friends and relaxing with a great view of the sea just 100 metres away. Bernard, the owner, was very helpful and accomodating. I would definitely stay there again and would highly reccommend it. It has everything you need and a lovely cafe across the road. Thank you for a lovely place to stay at a reasonable price!
