A beautiful terraced villa with private patio on a recently built complex of 35 units with a large communal pool. It is situated in the quiet residential Universal area, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, the Old Town and the harbour. The property is fully air conditioned and the bedrooms also have ceiling fans. Both the bedrooms have balconies and the twin room overlooks the communal swimming pool. Downstairs the open plan living and dining area are beautifully furnished and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. There is Sky TV, DVD player and a portable radio/CD player; also provided is a selection of DVDs. Enjoy the sun from mid morning till sunset on the private patio which has a table, chairs, sun lounger and BBQ. A complimentary welcome pack is provided for your arrival.

Situated to the west of Kato Paphos in a residential Universal area. It is within walking distance of the Old Town, harbour, shops and tavernas. A development of only 35 villas around a communal pool; the pool area is beautifully landscaped and maintained. An ideal base for family holidays as well as for those who like to walk or golf. The Old Town and municipal market is only a 20 minute walk away; many other archaeological sites such as the mosaics and the old fort are a similar distance away. The Tombs of the Kings are en route to Coral Bay.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS: Car hire or taxis may be arranged prior to departure. The property is 15 minutes from Paphos airport and very easy to locate, directions will be provided.

Villa Andre is a real home from home. It is imaculate, modern andf has every home comfort provided - so good we stayed as a couple and returned with our daughter. The peaceful and friendly complex was great for both types of holiday. We could have easily spent all our days relaxing by the pool or on the patio. The house is a short walk from fantastic restaurants and the markets so we were never stuck for something to eat. When we felt more energetic we hired a car to see the local area - the house is in a great location to use as a base exploring the hillside villages, beaches and swimming spots. Paphos itself has a real buzz about it with a lovely harbour, restaurants, bars and beautiful sunsets. Villa Andre is the perfect place to stay to make the most of this beautiful part of the Med.
Owner's Response: Thank you! This shows the versatility of the location and that the complex can be enjoyed by couples and families. A car is not essential as there are so many restaurants within walking distance, but with the cooking facilities provided and the variety of fresh produce it is lovely to stay in and eat al fresco on the patio.

Following a week in the appartment in October 2008, I would like to recommend this appartment for both families and couples. The development has several permanent residents, all of whom a very friendly and welcoming. The pool and court yard area are kept very clean and tidy on a daily basis. The area is very quiet, ideal for younger families, and is a short walk, 10 - 15 mins, to the main beachfront area with many shops, bars and restaurants.
The accommodation is clean and spacious. All the necessary items are in place for a relaxing stay.
Owner's Response: Location was chosen to get the best of both worlds; guests have a quiet, residential environment during the day but within easy walking distance of restaurants and amenities. No need for a hire car unless wanting to explore further afield.
