Very spacious (250sq m incl balconies) three bedroom penthouse apartment, set over two floors. Main floor comprises entrance hall, kitchen, large living/dining area with balcony, storage cupboard, bathroom and Bedroom 3 with 150cm bed and balcony. Upper floor comprises large master bedroom with 180cm bed and large ensuite, Bedroom 2 with two single beds, & bathroom with dressing area. These 2 bedrooms have entrance to secluded balcony with view of the sea & Rock of Gibraltar. The property includes satellite TV, DVD player, radio/CD player, air con & heating. Situated on the beach side of Guadalmina , next to 2 top-class golf courses, within a minutes walk of the beach and a five minute walk to shops and restaurants. The complex has communal pools & gardens, the property is southwest facing with sea views from two of the three balconies.
