The apartment is beautifully located in the city centre in a protected area in the Chartrons district in a street once occupied by vineyard-owners. The apartment is an F3-F4 type furnished property on the third floor (no lift) with direct view over the Jardin Public (city centre park), two bedrooms, a living roomdining room with fireplace, independent kitchen, office and separate dressing-room. The apartment is very bright (seven windows). It is elegantly furnished and decorated and can sleep up to eight people. Bicycles can be parked in the building. The building was built in 1750 and renovated in 2011. The apartment is on the third floor of four storeys and faces south, overlooking the Jardin Public.

The apartment is very centrally located in a residential area with all facilities.

Tram : 50 metres from line C with direct tram access from Bordeaux central rail station Bordeaux St Jean (20 minutes tram ride from the station to the door of the apartment building).

Bus: lines 5, 6, 26, 29 and 56 twenty metres away.

The apartment is located in a very quiet residential area close to the shops and the lively Chartrons district.

All types of shops within easy reach (bakery, grocery, banks, hairdresser's, cheese shop, pastry-shop, restaurants, bars, pubs, …)

The luxury shops in the heart of the city centre and the Grand Théâtre are 200 metres away. The Garonne quayside is also 200 metres away.
