Sleeps 12. Generous 7 bedroom villa on it's own grounds with swimming pool. Stunning views over the bay of Cala Grande, Some 5 minutes drive from the well-known coastal town of Porto Santo Stefano and Porto Ercole. A 15 minute walk through woods leads down to the crystal clear waters of the cove, famous for its pristine water and wonderful snorkeling. Unique panoramic position.

A beautiful property that has been recently restored, Casa Bellosguardo is a well-equipped villa with superb views over the Med. The property has 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, several terraces, an external dining area and a small pool. There is a path down to the bay and the calm waters of Cala Grande - a wonderful spot for swimming and snokelling. Alternatively the restaurants, bars and delis of Porto Santo Stefano are only a 5 min drive away. The villa benefits from cool off-shore breezes, making even the hottest days of high summer bearable.

Our stunning speedboat is also available to our guests, enabling you to reach the wonderful islands of Giglio (stunning creeks and bays to explore with superb restaurants and gelati bars), Giannutri (unspoilt and incredibly picturesque ) and Elba (for those fans of Napoleon). The 48 ft long boat, that can accommodate 11 guests for a day trip, is beautifully designed and engineered, and can cruise at 35 knots. Our skipper is a great cook as well!

The fishing village of Porto Santo Stefano is 6 km away from the house, offering an array of different restaurants, banks, supermarkets, delicatessen shops and wonderful fresh fish. We have a luxurious 45 foot speed boat that we rent only to our guests that is moored in the harbour. The boat can accommodate up to 11 guests and will cruise at 35 knots. The boat is skippered by a highly experienced captain who can organise drinks and snacks and can even cook up a perfect pasta dish if required!

We ask for 50% non refundable deposit on booking and 50% balance 8 weeks before arrival.
