Guest Book Entries: Sta. Maria has cast its magic again! We came completely stressed from a traumatic year and found beauty and peace. You have made your home completely lovely, it is so well equipped we wanted for nothing. We can't thank you enough.
I have never stayed in such a breathtaking home before. Everything was perfect from inside to out. It is well equipped with great furniture and decor. The gardens are beautiful and every day there was something new to look at. It really felt like somebody's home and I have never experienced that in previous holidays. I would love to return in the future. Thank you.

We fell in love with the property because it is so full of character and history. At one time it had been a school for the local children in the valley then it was a fruit farm, growing the first strawberries on the island in the '70s.
This property is unique in that it is in the countryside yet close to Mahon so it doesn't feel isolated yet it is peaceful (except for the bird song and the occasional donkey braying). So, it is easy to pop into Mahon for a coffee and enseimada in the mornings whilst going to get fresh fish from the market for lunch or dinner.
