The apartment is a very short stroll from Estepona Port which is situated at the west end of the seafront promenade with its fine array of restaurants, bars, live music and shops. The apartment has a fantastic south-west terrace attracting afternoon & evening sun with stunning sea and port views. The apartment is fully air-conditioned / heated with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge/dining room, fully fitted kitchen with microwave, cooker / hob, fridge / freezer, toaster / kettle, utility room with washing machine, iron / ironing board. Television, Sky Satellite, DVD / CD player, DVD's and CD's, children's high chair, travel cot and hairdryer. The apartment also benefits from secure underground parking and lift access.

Location: Estepona < Costa del Sol - Malaga < Spain

Nearest Airport: Malaga or Gibraltar at 70 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 300 Metres
Car: not necessary
Estepona stands at the foot of the imposing Sierra Bermeja Mountains, looking out over the Mediterranean. This very cosmopolitan resort is conveniently situated between Malaga and Gibraltar airports, yet still retains its traditional Andalusian charm and character. Estepona is a 15min drive / bus ride to Puerto Banus, 20min to Marbella and 35min to Gibraltar. Estepona Port with an abundance of restaurants and bars is the start of a huge promenade that covers the whole bay of Estepona which is over a mile long and dotted with cafes and beach bars. The two beach's have the EU Blue Flag award and are spacious and sandy with Chiringuitos (beach bars and restaurants) and lifeguards in season. Estepona Old Town is probably a 10min stroll from the apartment along the promenade.

Great Holiday Apartment with plenty to do nearby.

We were very pleased with this apartment & had good customer service and are now in our 3rd year of going and still haven't run out of things to do. We have 2 teenage boys and felt it was a safe place to let them go off on their own in Estepona esp. at night. We enjoyed quadbiking, visiting Gibraltar, going to the beach, dining out and eating on the apartment's terrace amongst various other things. Nice quiet location yet near to public transport and supermarket. Much better than commercialised & overbuilt resorts like Fuengirola & Torrremolinos.

Stayed in this apartment last October. Lovely place, great facilities. The Appartment is spacious, clean and well maintained.
There are 3 bedrooms, 1 with an ensuite which is lovely.
The apartment is just a short walk to bars and resturants which is handy especially at night as you dont need to get a taxi into town.
We especially liked the thai resturant which is nearby and the Indian resturant.
I would recommend this property to families and couples.

I have been lucky enough to stay in this apartment on several occasions, the fact I have returned that alone indicates how nice it is. It has 3 generous sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all of a very high standard. The flat is maintained to a very high standard and all items provided for your comfort are excellent. There is use of baby equipment, highchairs, beds etc all in excellent condition. All this provided at what I consider a very reasonable rental rate. There is a wonderful view of the port and sea and its within easy reach of the bar's and restaurants. I found Estepona a family friendly and also couple friendly resort, something for everyone. I would highly recommend a stay in this property. Sarah
