On the 5 th floor with elevator, in a luxurious building of 19th century of HAUSSMANN, very quiet,  in a standing block of individually owned flat. Large apartment of 50 meter square large, large living room, separated kitchen with new household appliances, 1 separated rest rooms, 1 bathroom with new shower and sink. Large windows in the living with balcony and view on the streets. With TV on internet with international channels, internet wifi, washing machin and dryer, fans, iron, table iron, vacuum cleaner, linen, towels, coffee machine, kettle, electric over, microwave, electric stove, refrigerator, freezer…

Number of sleeping : 5 with 1 separated bed room: large king bed, second with sofa bed for 2 people and a single bed.

The 8e arrondissement is know for being vey upscale and known for business, shopping, restaurants and discotheque.

COLISEE street are very quiet. The clothest restaurant and discotheque are BOETIE street.

close of AVENUE Des CHAMPS ELYSEE and rue DU FAUBOURG SAINT HONORE.

That is  one of the most luxueus district in PARIS.

With 2 metro Station around et 1 station de TRAINRER: : Line 1 line 9 Franklin Roosevelt , St Philippe de Rouve line 9

Excellent Apartment- very good location.

We stayed for 5 nights in April 2013.
I cannot fault the apartment or the service from the owners.
The location is excellent- there is a small supermarket at the door, with restaurents 2mins away and the Champs Ellysee 5mins away.
The apartment was clean and had everything you needed. We were a couple with a 1 year old child and the apartment is child friendly and the lift to the 5th floor was appreciated.
The communication with the owner was easy and they were quick to reply to all queries.
The wifi internet worked really well. All the equipment provided was new and in good condition.
The only negative was the lack of English channels on the TV- as we had a young child we spent our evenings in the apartment so will take DVDs next time!
We will be hoping to stay again on our next trip to Paris.

Great stay in the hearth of Paris-Champs Elysées

We were very pleased with the apartment The house was very nice. The people who were there to welcome us were extremely nice. The house is situated in a lovely area, close to subway,shops and nice restaurents, Seine (Grand Palais) and Champs Elysée. But, as in most cities, you have to bring earplugs. The area is quiet. The area was wonderful. We will definitely recommend your apartment to other tourists. We had a wonderful time and great stay.

Perfect stay in CHAMPS ELYSEE - COLISEE

Our 55 sq. meter apartment, light-infused and handsomely-furnished, is perfect for couples, individuals, or a couple of friends wanting a vibrant Paris holiday from a quiet perspective. It's a beautiful 19th century building. The master bedroom has a comfortable 160 cm bed (bigger than a queen-size bed), the room is warm and welcoming. The 2nd room, has a sofa with converts in 160cm size bed . The building is located on a very quiet, safe street which pours a few feet away offering views in one direction of the CHAMPS Elysée and Saint Honoré. It is a pleasant walk to many famous destinations such Arc de Triomphe,Grand Palais, River seine, Concorde Place - and of course the walking paths along the Seine River going toward Invalide, pont de l'alma.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
