4 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 - 10 people - wireless internet

We have just added wireless internet - This home has a large floor plan - over 2,000sq feet, located in Doral Woods, close to Disney, having good access roads to all of the attractions. The home is on a 1 acre lot - so very private - has a fort and swing set in the yard which is fully fenced. This is a custom built home, beautifully furnished, (leather sofas, FIVE TVs and DVDs) on a mature, well landscaped lot of fruit trees, palms, pines oaks, and sago palms. The pool is on a good sized deck, we have a Lanai (covered area) for you relax and eat outside by the pool - make sure you check the photos and e-mail Michelle who can send you the 15 or so photos of this home!

We also offer free international and free long distance calls for your stay - quite a plus for all our overseas guests. There is also a community pool and tennis court for you to enjoy.

Doral Woods is located in Kissimmee. The 192 runs East to West and Doral Woods is located off Poinciana Blvd which runs South of the 192 resort area. It takes 15 min to get to Disney from the home - use the Osceola park Way to go to Disney or Interstate 4 for Seaworld and Universal. There is a 7 eleven gas station with convenience store just a few min from the home, the Publix (grocery store) plus fast food and restaurants are 5 min away. The 24hr Kissimmee Walmart is 10min away. Golf is near by at the Oaks, or choose one of the many other courses in the area.

Other Activities: Disney Theme Parks, Universal studios, Sea World, Water Parks etc.

Notes

  • Please noted Easter period is $1,000 per week.

    You can rent for less than a week at cerain times of the year, and can add on extra nights ie 9 nights if needed.
    We take $100 at the time of the reservation - can be mailed as a check or put on a credit card, and comes off your final balance. The balance is then due 60 days prior to arrival. There is also a $200 refundable damage deposit and $25 booking fee. The refundable deposit of $200 is returned 7/10 days after your stay. Pool heat is $105 per week. No need to pay for crib or high-chair, it is included in the rental rate.
  • Payment can be made on a credit card - Visa, Master card or Amex. We also accept personal checks, money orders, bank drafts, travellers checks. Payment can also be made in UK sterling and mailed to a UK address. We accommodate many UK guests, plus renters from Europe and USA states.
  • Once you have booked the home, we e-mail you with full confirmation of dates and $100 payment received. When the final balance is received we e-mail you an arrival package - confirms full payment, maps and directions to the home from Orlando international (or other airport), or any of the main roads into Central Florida. The package gives full contact details in case you need to reach us through your travel or stay. The home has a lock box by the front door to the house. The code to open the box and enter the property is included in the arrival package - and yes, we leave a light on for you!

  • The master has twin vanities - his and hers. Large walk in shower. Sunken garden tub. Separate toilet and door out to the pool deck. The hall bathroom also has a door out to the pool deck - great for children. All doors out to the pool deck; pool has alarm for child safety. We have plenty of towels and spare linens in the home for your use.

  • There is also a pull out sofa bed - home sleeps 10 people. A pack and play crib and high-chair are also included in the rental rate for those with a baby! All the bedrooms have a TV and DVD player. Family room has Large FLAT screen TV Below is a comment: Staunton, IL - My husband and I along with our two daughters, son-in-law and 3 grandsons ages 2, 4 and 5 stayed at 2902 Elbert Way, Doral Woods. It was absolutely Awesome! We had great access to Magic Kindgon, Animal Kingdom, Wal-Mart, Winn-Dixie and so much more. This was the first time we had ever rented a home and we were truly impressed. The home was very spacious nad we enjoyed the pool and the grandsons loved the backyard play area. The privacy fenced in backyard was wonderful. We didn't have to worry about next door neighbors. We had everything that was needed. It was just like being at home. Michelle was absolutely wonderful in assisting with anything we needed. I would highly recommend this to anyone with children

Wonderful Villa

We've stayed twice at Elbert Way now and have found the home to be very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The villa is in a quiet neighbourhood, but is also close enough that the parks are just a short drive away. Both our stays have been during colder months, but the pool heat is excellent, like getting into a warm bath! The villa has a fantastic garden, very large and busy with squirrels, birds and other wildlife. We found the service from Michelle and the other contractors that take care of the pool and grounds to be excellent. Michelle was very friendly and helpful any time that we did have to contact her and dealt with any issues promptly. I would highly recommend this villa, and we are certainly looking forward to the next time we can visit.

Great House

The house was awesome! Great layout, pool area was great and the yard was huge. There was lots of privacy and the house had all the amenities needed to stay for a while. We were there for6 nights and would not hesitate to stay again. Behlor rentals made the whole vacation process easy. Thanks again for the great memories.

Lovely Villa

Have just completed a 29 night vacation at this villa having stayed there for a couple of weeks in 2008. This villa has everything you need for a lovely holiday, or just a short break. The furniture is very comfortable, and all amenities are provided. The rear garden and pool area are spacious and very private. Doral Woods is a quiet pretty estate, yet is within easy travelling distance of the attractions, Disney being easily reached within 25 minutes. There are plenty of shops in Poncianna which is 10 minutes down the road. We hope to return to this villa for another month's vacation the year after next, and will certainly continue to book our villas through Michelle at Behlor, who is always efficient, trustworthy and polite. Would recommend both this villa and rental company to anyone planning a vacation to this part of the world

Great villa - 100% recommended

We were a party of 4: My wife and I, our daughter (5y) and my father in law. We had spent a lot of time searching the internet for the villa of our choice and the time was well invested. One of our main criteria was to stay in a quiet area - we did not want to disturb others and we did not want to be disturbed by others. It was also not too far away from all the attractions and shopping centers etc.

The villa itself is fantastic and has everything that you need - the pool and the area around it is very nice (we did not need a whirlpool), the TV is great, WiFi works fine, the bathrooms and the bedrooms were also very good. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything was clean. Our daughter greatly loved the garden and the little playground.

Michelle was very nice and helpful and we did not had any issues at all.
We recommend this villa 100% and would always rent it again (but there are sooo many nice places in the world that we would like to visit too ... ;-)).

villa was brilliant. the only negative i can say is that the swings and loungers need updating but everything else was brilliant, i would definatley be coming again!!!!
