Nearest Airport : JFK & LGA at 5 Kilometres

Grand central station 10-20 by subway - (depends where you go); 59th and Lexington is 10 minute; 42nd St. Time square 15 minutes; 8-minute ride exactly on commuter rail/LIRR straight shoot no stopping to Penn station Manhattan; Short walk to mass transit. I have been commuting all my life to Manhattan, trust me for the money you save, it really is not hard. Also it is mostly above ground so there is a lot to see and it goes much faster than being in a tunnel. And it's more fun to spend money on other things. Close to central park and fifth avenue and all the attractions.

A great place to stay

The property was situated in the Irish part of Queens with everyone in the area friendly and helpfull. At no time did we feel uncomfortable whilst walking around. We drank and ate at some of the local hostelries which I would recommend.

The subway was easy to understand and the Express took you into Manhattan in around 15 minutes max.

We had a great time in New York and would recommend this apartment. The website photos are just as it is very tidy, spacious and well maintained to a very high standard.

Thanks Grace we may visit you again.
