2nd Arrondissement Bourse Studio Rental Photos and Description
Very good localisation for this appartement in the heart of Paris, in the pedestrian area of Montorgueil, discover this apartment facing the street, charming and fully renovated in a contemporary design, with exposed beams and still retaining the charm of the old Parisian buildings. 10 metres away from Sentier metro station and 500 metres away from Chatelet Les Halles metro station, you will be closed to all facilities and only a few steps away from the main attractions: the Gaite-Lyrique, theatre, the Opera, the Louvre Museum, the Georges Pompidou Centre and the banks of the Seine River. Paris is at your fingertips.
Great little studio with excellent location. Clean and has everything you need. Loic, the friendly owner greeted us upon our arrival and made us feel totally welcome. We easily walked from Reamur Sebastopol metro station and there are several other metro stations within walking distance. The Louvre is only a 10 minute walk and Notre Dame maybe 20 minutes. Rue Montorgueil across the road is a fantastic mall with cafes, bakeries, cheese shops, wine store, supermarkets, ATMs, pharmacies etc and even a laundromat. My partner and I truly enjoyed our stay, I would certainly recommend it over a hotel if you are looking to immerse yourself in Parisian life.
Awesome location and perfect for 1 or 2 people!!!!

When I was looking for a place in Paris there were a few must have factors. 1) LOCATION and this place has it! Not only is it 25 feet from the Sentier Metro stop but it is also located next to a very busy street with tons of restuarants, bakeries, markets, starbucks, cheese & meat shops.... even the windows open up to views of the street. 2) Walkable location to main sightseeing attractions, the funny thing is that the weather was rainy so we actually took the metro to get everywhere. Still it is in the 2nd district and behind the Louvre. 3) Fridge and Freezer because we love cocktail hour!! Loic the owner even made sure we had ice waiting for us when we arrived to the apartment. The only bummer was that the internet was out while we were there so we could not watch t.v at night but Loic informed us prior to our arrival and with all that Paris has to offer it didn't even phase us! Many thanks to Loic who made it so easy to reserve and gave us excellent directions to find it from the RER B Les Halles stop. We will absolutely stay there again!
