Garden - A well laid garden with groves of trees and mangroves, secluded areas to sunbath, write or relax in, The garden has a spectacular view of the ocean. There are plenty of comfortable chairs, sun beds and mats. In the nights the garden is lit with oil lamps and flames, giving it an enchanting look.

Dining is an experience. The staff take pride in laying a picture perfect table with fresh flowers. Meals will be served at times determined by you, All meals may be discussed with your own chef. Meals will be arranged in the veranda or garden on your request.
Meals -An a la carte menu with over 60 dishes to choose from is available. This is only to guide our first time guests. No Set menus. The chef will discuss all meals with you and even prepare dishes not mentioned on the menu on your requests.

Child meals available. The chef will prepare meal to suite the child's palate as per parents request.
TRANSPORT- *** We have our own luxury air conditioned coach for our guests. Seats 9. and a 4 x 4 wheel drive luxury jeep. The Prado jeep seats 4. The vehicles will be kept standby for our guests to use. You pay only if you use the coach/jeep. No other added costs ******
Groups - for large groups South Point Villa and South Point Abbey are ideal. By opening a garden door both properties become one. Meals can be arranged at any property for the group.
On availability our guests are welcome to use the facilities of South Point Cottage which is a lake front property and Peacock Point which is located on a working coconut, cinnamon and fruit plantation. You can pick your own insecticide free fruits and veges. Go for walk along the slow flowing river or on a complimentary boat ride. staff will pluck fresh king coconut for you to drink
An lady Ayurveda messier with herbal oils available for massages. A yoga instructor can be arranged. A guitarist who sings lovely English songs and Sinhalese songs available to sing for a romantic night. For the day an elephant can be hired to ride and feed. If you like dogs the owners pet dogs will be allowed onto the property, the dogs love to go for walks on the beach and are very well behaved. ( the dogs are kept on another property).
Generators - both properties have standby generators if there is a power failure..
