Our philosophy from the beginning has been different. Put the guest’s needs first, offer more amenities, offer a fair rate and make our homes very family friendly. The result has been 6 seasons of over 90% occupancy (average is between 30-50%).
Arrowleaf Lodge A is a TRUE SKI-IN/SKI-OUT property located in the Village at Empire Pass, the finest area of Upper Deer Valley. It is located DIRECTLY on the slope of Silver Buck ski run which has its own high speed quad chair lift just 15 seconds by skis from the unit.
Look outside the many full sized windows of our slopeside, 2nd floor, corner unit and you will see the chair lift passing by. Walk down one flight of steps and enter the spacious ski locker room, your private locker (our locker is the closest to the slopes) has 8 sets of boot warmers (most have only 2) and plenty of space for skis, poles and helmets. Walk 19 steps to Silver Buck Ski Run. Ski down about 100 yards to Silver Strike Express High Speed Quad Chairlift. You will notice as you go up on the chair lift that there are very few if any people on the slopes as most of the skiers are still down in Snow Park waiting in line to get up the mountain.
We have added many high end extras including: ACCESS TO U.S. SKI TEAM MEMBERS WHO SKI EXCLUSIVELY WITH OUR GUESTS, 2 PRIVATE STEAM SHOWERS (the only steam showers in the entire building!), a high end AV/sound system w/IPod docking station and Blue Ray DVD Players (easy to use remote & wall controls), built-in speakers in every room, 42 inch LCD HD Flat Screen TV in the Living Room and 32 inch LCD HD Flat Screen TVs in each bedroom, XBOX 360 & WII VIDEO GAME CONSOLES with games, extensive DVD library, expanded kitchen island, stocked kitchen cabinets (spices, olive oil, coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, hot cocoa and more), large side-by-side Maytag Duet washer/dryer w/counter space and cabinets (EVERY OTHER UNIT HAS STACKED UNITS), and Weber BBQ grill. We have wireless internet access and a laptop computer with multi-purpose printer.
Enjoy the bedroom called the Cowboy/Cowgirl Room with its custom-made cherry wood BUNK BED and trundle and custom window seat/day bed. The children will especially enjoy this room yet it is also comfortable for adults. Our home is VERY FAMILY FRIENDLY (most properties are not) with 3 pack n' play cribs, high chair, baby monitors, library of children books/DVD's/games, toys, dolls, puzzles & more. Every bedroom has direct ski run views. One flight down in Arrowleaf A (not B) is the Hearth Room, which offers a beautiful pool table, large fireplace with comfortable seating, 2 desktop computers, a Starbucks professional grade coffee/espresso/hot cocoa/tea machine. Right outside you can enjoy the outdoor firepit and 2 spas (one with its own waterfall).
All of our guests have access to the convenient complimentary luxury Dial-A-Ride Mercedes shuttle service - that can shuttle you around Park City.

How to choose a property on VRBO? National Talk Show Host, CLARK HOWARD gives the following tips 1) Look for at least 12 guest comments (our two homes have more than any other properties in Deer Valley) , 2) Make sure they show at least 12 photos (16 is better), 3) VERY IMPORTANT - make sure prices are in line with similar properties (if not, BE CAREFUL - there is no such thing as a bargain especially in Deer Valley).
