Casa Montaneta is set high at the rear of the village of Lliber in the beautiful Jalon Valley. Total privacy and seclusion, accessed by a series of steps and private parking space. The property consists of large, comfortably furnish split level lounge with steps down to seperate dining room. Lovely, bright sun lounge overlooking the garden with sofa bed. Master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Double room with curtained archway leading through to third bedroom with bunk beds and single bed if required. Separate bathroom. Fully equipped country kitchen. Beautiful outside terraces and garden with wooden furniture and shade from the trees. Pool terrace with kidney shape pool, integral steps and shallow end for the children. Plenty of open area for sun bathing. Parasols and sun loungers are provided. Built in barbeque with picnic table perched on the corner of the property with stunning views over the Jalon Valley.

Casa Montaneta is ideally situated in the Jalon Valley for discovering the Coastal resorts and the inner region of the Costa Blanca. Only 15 - 20 minute drive to the nearest beach at Calpe, 40 minutes from the theme parks, shops and beaches of Benidorm. Yet only a short drive inland to discover the real Spain. The main town in the valley is Jalon which is a 5 minute drive and can be walked. Here you will find shops, excellent restaurants and bars, banks and local markets in abundance. Not forgetting the famous ' Bodegas' for all that wine tasting. The village of Lliber is a 2 minute walk from the villa where you will find the square with bar and bank. Two general food stores, open on Sundays also. Restaurant, bakers and chemist. A very friendly, Spanish village.

This is a traditional spanish type property,presented for holiday lets in excellent condition,a credit to the owners and Jalon Valley Villas.Every thing the holidaymaker needs is provided,from a full range of kitchen utensils/crockery etc (all clean and in as new condition) to a music system with a good range of easy listening CDs etc.
