Fantastic location, with breathtaking views of the Pyrenees mountains on all sides. Many attractions close by: Therapeutic Spas, Skiing, Fishing, Walking and Hiking trails & Cycling, Teleskiing, Caves & much more. This area has just become a national park due to its lush green valleys, forests, snow capped mountains & with streams & waterfalls running through the village. An excellent award winning restaurant & bakery are located in the village & play area for the children. The house has 5 large bedrooms, each 13m2 approx, and consists of 3 doubles & 2 twins. 2 WC, bathroom and 1 shower room. Private secluded terrace which is child friendly, with BBQ and new for 2007 the fantastic hot tub. An open plan living room with wood burner, fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, TV with DVD player, CD player and PlayStation for children. French doors leading onto terrace. Everything that you need for a perfect holiday is located in the house.

The house is situated in a quiet village at 600m above sea level but is only10 minutes drive from the town of Foix, famous for its castles and markets. A 3 minute drive to tarascon, which has many restaurants and supermarkets as well as a railway station. 2 Airports are within 1 hours drive which are both used by no frills airlines. Many attractions are all within a short drive. Andorra is 1 hour drive and the coast is about 1 hour 15 minutes.

We were 10 persons living together in the house for a week. We were all very satified. It was easy to find the house, the small village had a wonderful atmosfere. The view was amazing. The standard of the house was fine; - and the owner made us feel very welcome. Our intension were to experience the land of the kathars, so we were around in the area and the location was okay. I would recommend the property to every one. We were not eating in the restaurants and doing all the tourist-stuff, but we were walking in the mountains and one night sleeping in a cave, - and that we can recommend too.
