Casa Marron is located in a prominent position affording stunning sea views, whilst maintaining a high level of privacy. The house has been furnished to an exceptional high standard with marble floors throughout, elegant chandelier light fittings and modern art. No expense has been spared to create this beautiful villa. The villa comprises a large open plan reception area with plasma TV/full international satellite/CD etc and sumptuous knoll sofas. There is wi-fi internet access throughout. There is a further lounge area with exceptional sea views as well a large dining area. The master bedroom has a 6' leather bed and is en-suite with a claw foot bath, the views are fantastic. The French room has two doubles and the 3rd bedroom has a double bed and great sea views. There is a well equipped kitchen with kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, toaster etc. Outside there is a private pool, with ample sun loungers, lush gardens and an outside dining area and BBQ.

La Coveta Fuma has a village atmosphere with good local facilities including a few bars, restaurants and a small supermarket, all within walking distance of the villa. There are numerous small coves for swimming and the finest is a mere 50m from the house. Close by is El Campello with numerous restaurants, bars and a beautiful sandy beach.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (British Pound) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • High and mid season lets are Saturday to Saturday. The rates above include linen, bath towels (not beach towels), and a 24 hour contact number. We will require a deposit of £300.00 per week to secure the booking. Full balance payment must be made 6 weeks prior to your departure along with a refundable security deposit of £400.

    Price includes all normal cleaning.

    Please note that in the low season, there is a surcharge for extra usage of electricity. Guests are allowed normal usage of 100 units (readings will be taken when you arrive and depart), additional units will be charged at 15p per unit
  • In the low season, our dates of arrival and departure are more flexible. We are happy to consider monthly lets out of season. Please contact for negotiable rates.
  • Travel cots and high chairs for small children are available to hire at a cost of €25 each for the duration of your holiday.

    We also have bicycles available to hire, these are €30 per week each and come with a lock. Loss or damage will incur an additional charge to be taken from the security deposit.

  • The en-suite bathroom has a beautiful claw foot bath and a separate shower. The large house bathroom has a sizeable shower cubicle, wash basin and storage, and the cloakroom has a toilet and small sink.

  • The master bedroom has magnificent views of the sea, a huge leather bed, air conditioning and numerous storage areas, as well as a BOSE I-pod docking station. The french room has two double beds, air conditioning and ample storage. The sea view room is the smallest of the bedrooms but has wonderful sea views and a large wardrobe along with air conditioning.

Well back again,2 weeks this time, The trouble is after you all read this you will all want to go there and I will not have as much choice of dates as I would like.
Two weeks of glorious weather and the villa was perfect,if I won the lottery I would make Daniel anb offer for it that he could not refuse.Villa lovely but location superb, 5 minutes walk to several restaurants and 7minutes to the station and supermarket but as I said before the view from the pool and villa were to die for.I hope to return as we all loved it.Read my last years reviews and no Daniel is not related to me.

WHAT A FANTASTIC VILLA, THE PICTURE ARE LOVELY BUT THE VILLA IS EVEN BETTER THAN THE PICTURE. FAR EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATION IN EVERY WAY WITH STUNNING VIEWS AND A LOVELY POOL,.

WE HAD FABULOUS RELAXING HOLIDAY, EASY ACCESS TO TRAM, WHICH TAKE YOU TO ALICANTE, BENIFORM ETC ETC.

THIS VILLA DEFINATELY DESERVES A FIVE STAR IF NOT MORE. WE WIL BE BACK FOR ANOTHER VISIT AND WOULD RECOMMEND THIS VILLA WITHOUT HESITATATION

Casa Marron = perfekter Urlaub!!!

Die Villa ist sehr persönlich eingerichtet, von Mobiliar bis Flatscreen ist alles absolut top. Der unverbaute Meerblick ist einmalig. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt, der Pool sauber und ausreichend groß. Alles dort ist sehr gepflegt und sauber.
Wir waren mit 5 Personen (drei fast erwachsene Kinder) und es war genug Platz, so dass man sich auch mal zurückziehen konnte.
Wir haben jeden Tag genossen und können uns gut vorstellen, Casa Marron wieder zu buchen. Auch die Abwicklung war absolut professionell.
Alles in Allem 100 Punkte oder 5 Sterne!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

I can only sum the vacation up as excellent.
The quality of the villa is superb and has a fantastic homely feel about it only with a fabulous pool and surrounds outside. The location is 1st class ( second time i have rented a villa in that area) with local english pubs within close proximity (Neptune Bar excellent value bar with great food and local supermarket bakes fresh bread every day).
Views excellent. Only positive things to say.
You will not be dissappointed

Just as every one else has said it is superb in every way.Stayed there 21st May for one week and have just booked for TWO weeks next year.
The one things the pictures do not show enough is the view which is one to die for.From inside or outside the villa the vista over the sea is wonderful.
Do not take any card games or others such as scrabble,trivia persuit or others as they are there.Plenty of DVD,s and CD,s as well.
A place that was a real treasure to find.Everything went smoothly,spoke to Glynis once and they are close by should you have any problems.
Used the local restaurants in the square several times and always good,as was the local supermarket and train station.
Looking foreward to our return .
