Fully furnished and equipped with all the modern luxury and comfort of top-notch Italian design. Private, outdoor, solar heated (from May to September) swimming pool (5m x 10m), parking facilities and garden.

The villa is 180 m2 on two levels. Romantic Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, Jacuzzi and walk-in shower. Two twin bedrooms with separate bathroom.

Golfvilla is located on the outskirts of Garlenda village, overlooking Garlenda golf course. A 10-minute drive from the Riviera resort of Alassio. Both the hilly region of Garlenda and the coastal area around Alassio are exposed to the South and protected from the northerly winds. Alassio enjoys a typical Mediterranean maritime climate, pleasant and mild, with an annual range of about 15 degrees. Average winter temperature: 10 degrees. The summer, refreshed by marine breezes, has an average temperatures of 25 degrees.

A great family holiday

Our two families (4 adults and 3 kids) just spent a wonderful week in Liguria. The Golf Villa is a great house. The rooms are cosy with comfortable beds and duvets. If you enjoy cooking, the kitchen is amazing especially if you like buying your groceries in one of the many nearby markets.There's a terrace on every floor which means you can enjoy the sun from every room. The kids spent most of their time in the beautiful outdoor swimming pool.

There's a dvd player and loads of tv channels to keep the kids (and adults) entertained, but not much time to watch tv as there are so many things to be seen in the surroundings. If you like walking, there are many maps you can borrow, we had great walks around Garlenda. We visited the Toirano caves which I highly recommend if you have kids. Alassio, the nearby town is great for walking around looking at shops eating a "gelato". The only thing we didn't do is enjoy the nearby golf as we don't play golf!

We're thinking of renting the villa again for our spring holidays.

A true haven!

This house was an absolute haven and the highlight of our holiday. The house is very modern, comfortable and well equipped....the bathrooms are particularly luxurious! The best part for us was the peaceful setting overlooking the mountains, the large private terraces with lots of sunbeds and umbrellas plus the generous pool....and all to ourselves! It was all extremely relaxing for us. The owners were very helpful and supportive when needed.

att komma ut på altanen en tidig morgon. Höra fågelsången och se dimman lätta från dalen och få hänföras av den underbara utsikten. Ta en stilla promenad upp på höjderna eller en kort resa ned till havet.
Kunna gå sin golfrunda 5 min bort. Veta att på kvällen finns så många alternativ att kunna välja en bra restaurang. Eller göra som vi grilla på terassen och njuta i skymningen kanske ta ett kvällsdopp i poolen. Huset är fantastiskt liksom värdparet. Vill på det varmaste rekomendera huset

A little gem!

We had a lovely time at the villa. It's even better than the photos, if that's possible!
Everything is provided : kitchen utensils, sheets and towels, etc.
The masters' bedroom is en-suite and equipped with a great jacuzzi which was most enjoyable after a day's sightseeing!
We liked the terrace and the garden, not to mention the wonderful views. It wasn't warm enough so we didn't use the swimming pool even though it looked inviting!
Gonoa is close by (1h's drive) and os is Monaco (1h30m) Alassio is a lovey coastal village typical of the Riviera.
In a nutshell, we had a great time, whether relaxing in the house or exploring the area.
