Perrache/Sainte-Blandine is a furnished apartment at the first floor of a fully air-conditioned building, with lift.

The main room, overlooking a quiet street, is a living room with sofa bed, study corner and many storage spaces.

The fully equipped kitchen gives onto the courtyard and, apart from the table and chairs, is large enough to boast a small sitting area, very pleasant, with a sofa bed for 1 person.

For self catering accommodation in Lyon this apartment is ideal in every respect. It's in a quiet location, very comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils, conventional and microwave cooker and good sized fridge/freezer. Bed settee opens into a comfortable bed and the cupboards contain adequate space for clothes storage and hanging. The TV has access to numerous channels so finding a suitable program to watch should not be a problem. The actual location of the apartment is perfect; it is within easy walking distance of the modern Confluence Shopping Centre and there are also other local shops nearby. The main transport stop is also easily accessible within 100m from the apartment. Lyon is a beautiful, interesting city with a wide selection of good quality restaurants all within easy access from this apartment. Loved to stay and come back!

This is a very nice, quiet flat right in the center of Lyon. No touristy feeling at all! Though all tourist attractions can easily be reached by city bike or tram. Nice spacy kitchen, perfect for two to four persons. Modern (little) bathroom, very clean, good shower. Close to the river(s), supermarked, bakery, shopping zone, tram & bike station. Don't miss the Dock40 during a warm summer night. The flat is rented by a friendly couple. If you were my friend I would recommend it to you!

Rent where the real French live!

This is a well priced rental in a real lyonaise neighborhood, not downtown, but not far from it. A well equipped large kitchen is the highlight. Getting to the centre of Lyon is a 15 min ride with the "Velo" bicycle rental system, that is close by, or there are buses & trams. Thursdays and Saturdays there is a food market just outside.
If you walk/bike in the opposite from centre direction you'll find an ultramodern district along the river.

comfortable and convenient

We loved our week in Lyon, the apartment was very well located, walking was easy to the centre, with bus and train handy for day trips (Vienne was great). The comfortable apartment made travelling so relaxing, everything we needed. A super kitchen made picking up fresh food from the local market a fun meal at home.
