Completely renovated apartment, ideally located, tastefully decorated, large terrace (20 m). In the heart of Science and Arts city (Calatrava Architecture). Close to the Port and the Malvarrosa beach. City center. Activities in the vicinity: sea, sailing, beach with lifeguard, water sports, museum, leisure park, historical site. Now is the most modern and exclusive district in the city. The apartment is located close to the most beautiful and modern district in Valencia now 'The Arts and Science City', twenty minutes walking to the Oceanographic, the Big Gulliver Park, The Opera Palace, The Music Palace, the Hemisferic Panoramic Cinema, the Science Museum....You can go to the old city center or to the beach by bus or bicycle in ten minutes.

Nearest Beach: beach at 1.0 Kilometres
The house is very closed to the Old City Center (about 20 minutes walking along beautiful gardens), is closed to the beach and Port (about 20 minutes walking or 7 minutes by bus). The car is not necessary if you want to visit the city because is possible to reach every place by bus or taxi in few minutes. If you are coming by car is easy to park in the surroundings. The district is very peaceful and secure. There are some restaurants, bar, pharmacies, shops, supermarket, big stores, coffee shop and all you need in the district.

This property is lovely. The pictures are real!!! The flat is very clean and it is quiet. The neighbourhood is fantastic and charming. The owner is very helpfull. All was exciting in this town. I really recomend this allocation in Valencia. Thanks!

The week I spent at Valencia has been one of the best of my holiday days in my life. This was due in part to the kindness displayed by the property´s landlady and the lovely conditions of the flat. It was really clean and the terrace in the flat was a delightful place to spend the sunny days.

This flat is the best apartment that you can find in Valencia. It has been decorated sixties-like style (pop design), and the rooms are just like you can see in the pictures. It is located in a very good district with shops, restaurants, supermarkets and all the amenities that you need. There are good connections (metro, bus) but you can go walking or cycling to everywhere. The city center and the beach is pretty close.
