5-10 minutes drive to Real De Faula Golf and Spa. Teri Mitica Paramount Theme Park opposite Golf course. The villa is situated 24.9 miles north of Alicante. The area is noted for its clean air and temperature. Enjoying over 75% of warm climate for the year. Situated in a quiet residential area but within easy location access restaurants, bars, shops, banks and pharmacies etc. Only 10 mins drive to Benidorm Levante Beach. The villa is modern and tastefully styled and is established in its own grounds which is landscaped. The ground is 800 sq mtrs and is screened with mature plants and foliage for privacy with spectacular sea view and views of Altea Hills. The private pool is 8m x 4m with roman steps leading up to the from veranda area. The villa hosts a BBQ area with a romantic jacuzzi which is surrounded by large fur trees for privacy.

Situated in a quiet residential area but 10-15 minute walk to restaurants, bars, shops, banks, and pharmacies, etc. Only 10 mins drive to the new REAL DE FAULA 18 HOLE GOLF RESORT AND SPA and directly opposite the golf course is TERRI MITICA PARAMOUNT THEME PARK. Which boasts Europe's largest roller coaster. The villa is tastefully styled in modern decor, which is in its own established landscaped grounds of 800 sq meters and is screened with mature plants and foliage privacy with spectacular sea view and views of Altea hills. The pool is 8m x 4m with roman steps leading up to the front of a large veranda area. The villa hosts a good size BBQ area with romantic private jacuzzi which is surrounded by large fur trees for privacy.
