'CASA GRACIA' is a large, privately owned self-catering rental apartment in Los Gigantes, one of the most sought after resorts in the Canary Islands. Located on the sunny South West coast of Tenerife, in a quiet block with only 5 other apartments, it is just a 4min walk to the centre of the village. This large property (120sq m) is spread over two floors. THE LOWER FLOOR (62sq m) is the living area. The DINING ROOM and LOUNGE is a large, light and airy open plan space which has been sectioned by furniture to create two distinct areas. The large DOWNSTAIRS FRONT TERRACE is secluded and perfect for sunbathing. The views of the sea and cliffs are amazing making this the perfect place to eat 'Al fresco' or have a quiet drink while watching the spectacular sunsets. There is a cloakroom with a wash hand basin and toilet on this floor The fully fitted KITCHEN is very well equipped. The UPPER FLOOR (58sq m) has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, front and back terraces (see bedroom/bathroom section.

Los Gigantes is a small, quiet, popular village located on the sunny South West coast of Tenerife which enjoys the best weather on the island giving year round sunshine. There are numerous restaurants and bars of all types from basic to gourmet. In and around the village you will find two chemists, plenty of shops, supermarkets and banks. There is a small sheltered beach beside the harbour and three public swimming pools in the village all within 5 minutes walk of the apartment. All guests staying at Casa Gracia have prepaid membership to The Holiday Leisure Centre which has the only public heated swimming pool in Los Gigantes. It is surrounded by grassy sunbathing areas with sun beds as well as a children’s pool, three tennis courts, crazy golf, bar and an excellent pub style restaurant. A little way along the coast (20 minute stroll or 2 minute drive) is the larger ‘Blue Flag’ beach of Playa Arena which is surrounded by swaying palm trees as well as shops, bars and restaurants.

  • Bookings can be for any duration (minimum charge 1 week) starting and ending on any day (subject to availability and owner's discretion). A 5th person can be accommodated by putting a full size put-u-up bed in the back bedroom. A cot and high chair can be provided for a baby. When you arrive the apartment will be cleaned and prepared. There will be a basic pack of food and drink (including wine) in the fridge to start you off. There will be clean linen on the beds and clean towels (large bath towel, hand towel and beach towel for each guest). If your stay is longer than 9 nights, a weekly change of linen and towels is provided. The property will be cleaned after your departure. You do NOT have to clean!

The UPSTAIRS FRONT TERRACE opens from the main bedroom and has an amazing panoramic view of the cliffs, the harbour and the sea. There is a table with two chairs for morning coffee or evening sundowners. It is also good for sunbathing here and even more secluded than downstairs. The BACK BEDROOM is very large and contains two single beds, bedside table, a large wardrobe, ceiling fan and a ‘relax & read’ area with two armchairs and a coffee table. It is in this bedroom that a put-u-up bed can be placed for a fifth guest. Patio doors lead out to the back terrace where there are table and two chairs.

Notes: There is a table and 4 chairs on the downstairs terrace as well as 4 sun beds. No smoking inside the apartment - smoking is allowed on the terraces. The apartment is accessed by a number of steps, as such, it is not suitable for those with mobility difficulties. Los Gigantes is located on a hill. The stroll from the apartment down to the centre of the village takes just a few minutes but will probably take a bit longer to walk back.

Casa Gracia is in a prime location close to all amenities, but high enough up to have a wonderful view of the town sea and cliffs.The apartement was well equiped, with plenty of books games and dvds. It was clean and had a good kitchen. The pool was a ten minute walk and was adequate, if not you could go to one of the stunning beaches. There were plenty of shops bars and restaurants and the surrounding area is great for exploring. We had a great time in los gigantes and would recomend it, it is far nicer than the south of the island, a nice quiet town. My only small gripe is the apartment heated up during the day and was hot at night, it could do with some aircon, if you kept the sun curtains shut and had a fan on you, this was bareable. All in all a great experience. Thanks for the memories.

our best holiday rental yet in tenerife.property was clean had everything you needed views from casa spectacular,could of stayed for hours just gazing at the scenery.maps we were given by owners were great and easy to follow.great if you are looking for peace and quite.just like to thank owners for a great holiday and will be back again next year.thanks.

Casa Gracia for us

It's a rainy July day and we are thinking about our winter holiday already. In June this year we stayed at Casa Gracia in Los Gigantes. There is no doubt in our minds that this will be the destination for us in the future. The apartment is stunning, every facility that you could possibly need with plenty of space. The evenings on either one of the two balconies were relaxing and "romantic" We are in our 60's !!!

Being in our 60's we were a little concerned that Casa Gracia was quite a way from the centre of the village with a steepish, rambling walk ending with steps to the apartment. However, this did not pose a problem at all and we enjoyed the slow meander up the hill. It is well worth it to have the benefit of the wonderful view from the apartment.

We had a hire car which we collected from the airport and left at the airport on our way back to UK. The hire car was £80 for the week and the road to Los Giganites is mostly motorway, an easy drive. There is no problem parking outside Casa Gracia.

The apartment is maintained by "Safe Hands" and Colin, Helen and their staff , who have an office in the village, could not have been more helpful. They are also there to book any trips you want and to advice on the local area. They are a great couple and nothing was too much trouble.

We just needed to vent our appreciation for a wonderful holiday and one that we will be undertaking again and again.

This was our second holiday at Casa Gracia and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. The apartment is spacious, clean and very relaxing. The views from the terraces are spectacular with all day sunshine and magnificent sunsets. The property is well stocked with books.DVDs and videos to suit all tastes.Although we very often ate on the terrace, the nearby Italian restaurant 'Mamma Lucia' is excellent.This is the perfect holiday home and 'Safe Hands' who manage the property are extremely helpful and efficient. We hope to return very soon.

Casa Gracia Review - Perfect Chill Out Apartment

We stayed in Casa Gracia for five days and had the most relaxing time. The apartment was perfectly placed so that you could drive down or walk to the amenities or just chill out on the gorgeous terraces.

The apartment was particularly clean and well stocked with everything that you might need so even the most forgetful person (like me) would be fine.

The absolute USP of this apartment was the view in the day and the sunsets at nights which were truly amazing and so romantic.

We had a great time at Casa Gracia and can't wait to arrange our next trip.
