Mediterranean house with terrace overlooking the sea and the islands Medes. Garden under the pines, beautiful community pool 30m from the house with a beautiful environment, tennis court and play field for children. Very quiet. Ideal for families or people In the village of Estartit you can find offers like boating, sailing, scuba diving ... visits to the Medes Islands natural park. There are also adventure places for children ('Jocs'). Wide range of cultural and touristical offers in the vicinity: old medieval villages (Pals, Peratallada ..); Empuries, ancient Greek city; Girona with its beautiful old town; museums (Dali in Figueres); music concerts (Torroella de Montgri); beautiful beaches (Cala sa Tuna, Cala Sarriera, Cala Pedrosa, the sandy beach of Estartit); bird watching in the Aiguamolls de l'Empordà. In Barcelona - direct highway, 2 hours by car-: Sagrada Familia, barrio gótico, the Ramblas, the Port.who want some peace and quiet.

  • In the house there are two bathrooms that are at level 1. The largest with an outside window contains a sink, bathtub, bidet and wc.Il is a storage cupboard. The other bathroom is much smaller, it also has an outside window, it consists of a sink, a toilet and a shower.

  • 2 double beds, 4 single beds. The four rooms of the house are at level 1 They all have a window overlooking the garden, they are fresh and well iluminated. There are two bedrooms with a large double bed (190x140), a surface 9 m2, one bedroom with two single beds (190x80), with an area of ??9 m2 and a room with bunk beds (180x80), with an area of ??7 m2. We also have a cot for baby that can be installed in the rooms. All beds are equipped with covers for mattresses, pillows and two blankets per bed with matching bed covers. The baby bed is a cot, brand prenatal (108cm length x 77cm width x 68cm height).
