There is a large open kitchen and dining area as well as a living room and family area. The study can become another bedroom if necessary. Besides the private pool, the beach is just a short walk away, as is the center of the town of Key Biscayne. Furnished to the highest standard. 5min walk from the beach. Large spacious home with separate cottage. Private Heated Pool. Dolby Digital Satellite TV DVD and VCR. Sleeps 10 people very comfortably. 20 min from Miami Airport and Southbeach. 10 min from downtown Miami. Golf and tennis 5 min away by car. Both on PGA and LTA circuits.
