    The first down payment of 30 % will be paid upon booking and the balance will be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.
    Justified cancellations (disease, death, emergency): 60 days or more 10 % are owed, more than 30 days 30 % are owed, less than 30 days 50 % are owed.
    The € 3 000 security deposit will be paid upon arrival and refunded after the inventory within 7 days if there is no damages.
    The final cleaning is € 190 additional to rental and is payable before arrival.
  • WeeRental on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday except during Christmas time.
    The chalet is available from 4 p.m. on the day of your arrival and must be vacated before 11 a.m. on the day of your departure.
  • Contractual booking deposit: 30% rent
  • Damage deposit: EUR3,000.00
