This superb detached villa is situated in a quiet residential area within walking distance of Binibeca beach the shops and many fine restaurants that this popular resort has to offer. The interior rooms, which are all on one level, have exposed beams in keeping with Menorcian tradition. The accommodation comprises of a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom and patio doors to the pool terrace, and an additional family bathroom. The spacious open plan living room has an American style well equipped kitchen with all modern appliances. Entertainment is provided by Regional satellite TV, DVD Player and a music system. The villa is comfortably furnished and equipped to a high standard making it an idea choice for a relaxing holiday.

Binibeca is in the Golden Triangle of Menorca away from busy hotels yet only 15 minutes drive from the portside restaurants of Mahon and Es Castell. Well worth a visit too, is the nearby town of San Luis with its many fine restaurants and market square. The resort of is made up of two separate areas; Binibeca Vell, which was designed by the famous Catalan architect, Antonio Sintes, in the 70’s to look like a genuine old Mediterranean fishing village with a maze of narrow alleys, Moorish arches, whitewashed houses with sun-soaked patios, and a little harbour. It’s a quaint, quiet and laid-back place with restaurants, bars, shops and squash courts. In contrast, Binibeca Nou has a gorgeous, sandy beach with sufficient space for sunbathing. It is 130m in length and 180m wide having fine golden sand and still waters, making it ideal for children. Low mountain vegetation surrounds the area and it is well sheltered from the sea by a large jutting rock and sand dunes to the rear.

the villa was clean but the cupboards had ants running around them. The garden had not been cut etc. Pool was not cleaned until the second day we were there. The good points were that the location of the villa was good . It was near to a big supermarket. Having been to Menorca before several times I knew the island so had a good idea of where to go. I would recommend this villa to others but the owner does need to rectify the points above.
