Deally located between Angers and Saumur, just 15 minutes from Saumur and the Loire castles, our large house has been renovated by our architect. You have with Formula Group main cottage with 3 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and toilet, and a bed and adjoining extra: Annex with 2 more bedrooms located on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room of 50 m2 with tiled floor, exposed beams and beautiful limestone fireplace office, delight lovers of old stones. You have a big screen TV for the evening. The large terrace facing south with garden furniture overlooking the meadow.

In winter you can enjoy the relaxation area with sauna and spa (bubble baths, heated to 39 ° C).

In summer you can cool off in the pool area.
