My family of 5 stayed at this flat in the month of July. We found that Marion was great to deal with and was promped with communication. She gave us excellent directions and the key was left at a convenient location, only 1/2 a block from the flat. The flat was in a secure building with a clean courtyard. We needed a code to get in the first door, a key to get in the second, and a key to get into the flat. The Kithchen was well stocked. The flat was clean. We enjoyed the covered eating area. The temperature in the flat was great. The location is amazing, three major subway routes within three blocks and right on a main bus route. The Moulin Rouge was just two blocks up and one block over-a pleasant surprise on an evening stroll. There was a great grocery store within one block. My husband and daughter went running each morning, and came back with fresh bread and pain au chocolat. We did enjoy our stay. Marion was kind enough to send my son's forgotten dress shoes. You can tell by the photos in this flat that there has been a lot of love and fun here. Some thing that bothered me are( and these are just personal): the elevator is 22"X36". This made move in day and groceries difficult. One of the toilets were composting, and had a bad odor. The couches were very old and stained. This really is where someone lives, so all there belongings are still there. We tripped over suitcases because we had to have them out to live out of, because of the lack of storage. Our overall excperience was pleasant. This would be a true Parisian experience, in a true Parisian flat. The rating would be a North American rating. It would be a European four star , and if the toilet was worked on and the sofas upgrated, and increased storage space a North American four star.
