Local restaurants and supermarkets are minutes away. The Sugar white beaches of Siesta and Longboat key are an easy drive away. The Sabal Harbour development is less than an hour from Tampa airport. Orlando is approximately 2-hours by car. A community club-house is available on the development and is minutes away on foot, offering tennis courts, children's play area, a full size heated pool, basketball and volleyball.

Shopping & eating out: Dining and shopping at the sophisticated St. Armand's Circle in Sarasota is a 15 minute drive. Beautiful house

My family and I have just returned from a one week relaxing stay at this beautiful house.
Very spacious, well laid out and clean. We dined outside for every meal and 3 families could gather round the patio table easily.
Pool well used by children and adults alike.
Busch Gardens @ 1 hour drive north and beaches within easy reach.
Swam with wild dolphins at Holmes Beach at sunset - magical experience for everyone and free!
With some trepidation we ate at sports bar 'Bogeys' on the '70' but food was great.
I would both recommend and return to this house.

The villa is in a perfect location, I-75 not far away, so you can reach everything in a short drive.
Beaches absolutly beautiful on Anna Maria Island (20-30 minutes drive by car)!!!
Walmart supercenter close to the Villa.
We enjoyed the stay a lot, the house was really beautiful and very spacious, perfect for two families to share! Nice neighborhood.
The view from the pool was also great, wonderful lake with a lot of wildlife in it (turtles and fish)!
I will recommend this property to all my friends, it's a pefect getaway for vaccations!

Villa Review.

We have just returned from a two week stay at this villa and have to say what a fantastic property in an amazing location. Having been to several villas in Florida this one far exceeds any of the others.
The villa is spacious, clean and extremely well maintained. The children had great fun in the pool which in itself had wonderful views to the lake behind. We marvelled at watching all the wild life around.
The five bedrooms are all lovely and the master bedroom with its en-suite facilities and walk-in wardrobe were just awesome.
The Management Company were very helpful to any queries we had and were dealt with very promptly.
In all we had the most amazing holiday here with some wonderful memories. We will most certainly be returning here.

what a beautifully furnished home, clean with everything you could need for a family holiday. spent 10 days here,children loved swimming in the pool while the adults relaxed in the sun watching the birds and turtles in the lake. Easy access to Wal-Mart and local restaurants, recommend Bob Evans for family meals and also Applebees for great value.A short drive to Jungle Gardens well worth a visit for younger children.Lovely short drive to Anna-Maria Island beautiful soft white sand beaches.Definately will return to this perfect villa.

A beautiful house in a great location

My family and I had an great 10 days at this excellent property. This is a beautiful home with plenty of space, a great pool and contained everything we needed for our stay. It's situated in a quiet and well maintained neighbourhood and shops, restaurants and beaches only a short drive away. We would definitely recommend this property.
