Studio calms down, pleasant and bright, full city heart (pedestrian street of the Big Clock visible on the main photo), redone in nine two years ago.

Nicely furnished: kitchen area fitted out and outing, dishes, cupboards...
Nearest Airport : La Rochelle Ile de Ré at 4.9 Kilometres
Nearest Train : La Rochelle ville at 900 Metres
Nearest Beach : beach at 500 Metres
Car: not necessary

Ideally situated to take advantage of the city and the old harbor: breakfasts on terraces in front of boats and ballads in the evening along quays. Beach in 700 meters, parks with tables to picnic in 300 meters...

Francofolies: big scene in 300 meters.

Festival of the movie: cinema dragon in 50 meters.

Supermarket Department store in 40 meters, parks SNCF(FRENCH NATIONAL RAILWAY COMPANY) in 1000 meters (15min. On foot), departures boats for iles (Aix, Ré and Oléron) or Fort-boyard in 300mètres.

Aquarium, media library in 500 meters...

Possible free car park in certain streets but the solution of car park "comfort" of the city center stays the parking lot sub-ground watched by the place of Verdun (pass 1 week in 40 euro).
