I have a Turkish management company that will handle all the details. They can get you to/from the airport, and arrange for a rental car while you're there. Car rental is between 25-35 Euro per day depending on season and transfers are 60 Euro per vehicle one way. It's quite easy and straightforward to drive from the Antalya airport to Gazipasa (through Alanya) - it's a straight shot up the highway - so renting a car is probably the best option. It's what we do whenever we visit.
We also have a maid that will ensure the place is spotless when you get there, and will clean up after you leave.
In terms of dining, down on the beach (east from the unit), there is a restaurant/bar that you can walk to in a few minutes - it's about 5-600 meters or so, easily visible from the unit. It looks out on the beach, and has a nice roof deck that gives a great view of the whole area. There are also little convenience shops in the northern direction, where you can buy food and other such stuff.
In the town centre of Gazipasha, there are a number of typical small-town Turkish restaurants with good food. To get there you'd want to drive or take a scooter - it would take probably a half hour or so to walk to it. Down the highway is the city of Alanya, which has a lot of great places. There are buses to and from there hourly. You can also get in 30 minutes by car. Although the unit was just finished, the road to it was still being paved when we were last there so for these reasons, I'd say that you probably want to rent a car while there.
I have a property manager in town who can make a rental car reservation or pick you up at the airport if you wish. Overall, I would call this place a 'quiet and undiscovered paradise' - and if you want the hustle-bustle and fun of Alanya it's a quick drive or bus ride - so you've got the best of both worlds.
