APARTMENT IN VILLA WITH GARDEN

For a couple lovers of calm and the sun, the ground floor of a villa, very nice 2 bedroom apartment entirely new, contemporary decor,

quality furniture, very comfortable. You will love to have breakfast on the flowered terrace, accompanied by birdsong and cicadas in summer, countryside views.     Sheets, towels and bath sheets, tablecloths, napkins, tea towels are provided in sufficient quantity for the stay, maintenance is done by the owner you give it whenever necessary and I will give the evening at the latest the next day (free of course
  • Rental is for 7 nights starting on Saturday from 16 am and ends on Saturday before 11 am.
    You have the option to clean up, or leave the responsibility of the owner, subject to 50 euros
    You deposit a check deposit of 400 euros which will be returned on departure.
    The balance of the rent will be paid upon arrival at the keys.
  • Non-contractual booking deposit: 30% rent
  • Damage deposit: EUR400.00
