Located at the southeast end of Mykonos, this charming townhouse is on the road that leads to 3 beaches: Paradise, Paranga and

Ag. Anna. It is the corner unit of seven attached homes in the town of Lino. Built on two levels, with AC, the open layout of the living room,dining room, kitchen, half bath and terrace are upstairs. Three bedrooms and one bath are downstairs-but only two are available for rent. Solar panel heating maintain hot water at all times. This 100 sq.mt. quaint home comes with a 500 sq.mt. front yard, which accommodates private two-car parking, garden and a barbecue grill party area with built-in seating.

This location is extremely convenient- just about .40km to Paranga (the middle of the three beaches), .40km to the nearest supermarket, 2.4km to the International Airport and 3.2km into town- make this a very desirable area. Local buses from town to the three beaches and back, stop next to the house. It is notable to mention that during the windy (meltemi) season, which is usually in August, one of the most protected "hurricane hole" beaches is Paranga.

    The remaining rental will be due six weeks prior to arrival date.
    There is also a 500euro deposit, refundable after your departure, by bank wire transfer.
    If a reservation is less than six weeks before your vacation, then the whole amount will be charged.
    Payments must be made by bank wire transfer.
  • Rental Periods: 5 days minimum, maximum three weeks. 15 percent off for stays of three weeks and 20 percent for a stay of four weeks.

    Cleaning service and change of towels and sheets once a week. Beach towels are not included.

My husband and I had a fantastic vacation at this home in Mykonos. The house was simply furnished, but very clean and comfortable. The barbecue/lounge area was a very nice place to relax. The beaches were great and we really enjoyed listening to the beautiful music they play. The house is centrally located and nothing is very far away. And oh my God, the food was simply fantastic! We loved it and hope to return some day!

1st Island experience!!

We stayed here for 5 nights on our first trip (hopefully not our last) to Greece and Mykonos. The house was perfect for our stay – clean, comfortably furnished and a great location to explore the island. It was close to a wonderful bakery and small market so we could get everything we needed. The porch and patio were beautiful and really nice for relaxing outside. We had a car and used it to go to different beaches around the island and to town. The owner gave us great information on the beaches and towns as well as general travel tips. We loved the beaches with the lounges, sun beds, umbrellas and beach bars. It made for a fabulous vacation.

We would definitely recommend this property to friends!

We thoroughly enjoyed this lovely, affordable, home last year. The decor was warm and inviting and it was plenty big for the four of us. Most of our time was spent at the beautiful beaches and the evenings were spent in the backyard and porch, where is was quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed being able to cook outside on the BBQ - which was a plus. There was a continuouse breeze, so air conditioning was not needed the whole time we were there.
If we are able to return to Mykonos again, we would rent this great home again.

We are from Spain and we loved the proximity to Paranga Beach and the downtown. We also enjoyed the outdoor barbecue and the no headache private parking.

2 miles from nearest beach !!!!

very desapointed will not rent this one again
house is close to very noisy road night and day
close to noisy airport you wont miss any takeoff and landings
2 bedrooms ok but only one has a AC unit
and bathroom with shower are on basement
there is a half bath upstairs near the kitchen and living room with AC unit
This house need TLC and kitchen ustensyls
nice BBQ but no accessories to use it
internet Wifi works fine and housekeeper was very nice
Owner's Response: I am very sorry that you were disappointed.
Being that we are not a hotel or a luxury villa, we offer the best package for one of the BEST locations (Southeast) on the island. The house's location is clearly stated and photographed next to the road, which can get noisy during the hot season- however, I guarantee there is absolutely very minimal noise from the airport !
As for the comment that it is 2 miles from the beach...when driving to Paranga through St. Anna the house is less than half a mile , and Paradise is 1.5 mile.
The house has two levels: Ground floor (not basement) which is usually cool and you do not even need A/C and the upper level with a small bathroom which also has a hand held shower.
Future guests: Please read what the house offers carefully on the ad- these guests did not read the ad carefully-the location, the description of the bathrooms, the A/C are all detailed!
This elderly group even expected a clothes dryer and a dishwashing machine ! Sorry...and
