The villa comprises a virtually brand new (constructed 2005) approx. 1269sq ft two bed, two bathroom (one en suite) luxury detached single storey home, furnished throughout to a high standard with double garage, air conditioned, with cable TV in living room and main bedroom, fully fitted kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances including cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, utility room with washer and dryer; large gas barbeque also provided. The home is located in the magnificent Venentian Golf and River Club, on the sixth fairway so has pleasing views over the golf course and wetland beyond, and the house is a two minute drive to The River Club and a stone’s throw from the Golf Club House and course. The estate has masses of amenities incl. state of the art floodlit tennis centre, gym, swimming pools, restaurant and bars, and is is only a short drive from stunning Gulf coast beaches.
