This superb waterfront vacation villa in Miami offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for a total of 2800 SQF or (260 m2). It is located in the upscale private island of Sans Souci, just minutes away from Bal Harbour, Aventura mall and less than 20 minutes from South Beach. This very Miami vacation house was totally renovated in 2004 with top of the line materials and great minimalist taste; it features a very contemporary look with its overprized ceiling in the living room. The villa is decorated with comfortable and colorful furniture. Entering the villa you penetrate directly in the lofty style living room with its large windows creating an airy and spacious atmosphere. On the west side of the house, next to the living room, you will find a spacious gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a long dinner table. Adjacent to it, there is the dining room with doors that allow you to access the garden and pool area. This room area overlooks the deck and the canal.
