Newly refurbished apartment located in the middle of Valencia city centre, on a quiet pedestrianised side street. Recently renovated apartment in early 20th century building. High ceilings throughout with traditional 'Valencian style' wood beams. Tastefully decorated with quality furnishings and mod cons throughout. Small front balcony and small outdoor seating area at the rear. 2 modern, simple bathrooms enable 4 people to share this apartment extremely comfortably.

Located on a quiet pedestrian street, just off the famous 'Calle de la Paz', this apartment is perhaps as centrally located as possible in Valencia City. Valencia's Cathedral is less than 100 metres away and the nearest tourist office is less than 30 metres away. As well as all the surrounding historical buildings, the apartment is also conveniently located near the most fashionable boutique shops as well as the main shopping area. Some of Valencia's finest restaurants are within a stone's through from the apartment. Taxis and buses can easily be taken to outer areas whilst most places of interest are within walking distance.

Good central position in the centre of the old town. Clean and newly refurbished, well equipped (even with umberellas, which we borrowed once). Owner provided a book with information on sights, restaurants etc and gave us a map of the city which helped. The flat was up quite a few stairs so would not be suitable for disabled. Not very well sound proofed and were disturbed during the first couple of nights by what sounded like someone decorating in the above flat.-
