Very comfortable apartment with 2 rooms on the 3rd floor with a lift and located in the heart of "Le marais" at the metro station "Saint-Paul".
The apartment has a living room with a kitchen open on it, separated toilets, one bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.
The living room has a sofa bad, a bio ethanol fireplace, an adjustable table, a cable tv, a dvd player and a hifi.
The kitchen has a bar open to the living room, there is a multifunction microwave and gaz plates.
The bedroom has a 2 places bed, a tv on the wall and a hifi
Then, the bathroom has a shower place and a washing machine with dryer.
A wifi connection is available in the apartment and a printer is also there, linen and towels are also included.
A parking place can be rented with the apartment.
The location was perfect and everything was exactly how it was described and Franck was there to meet us and show us everything we needed to know about the apartment. I would recommended this apartment to a friend and stay here again if I'm ever blessed to get back to Paris.
Our family of 4 had a fantastic stay in this great location-close to metro, groceries, bakery, great shopping(my daughter and I loved the little boutiques all over the marais), small streets full of historical mansions and buildings to explore. And safe. Franck was a great host; the bright apartment was very clean, comfortable with wonderful windows that let air flow right through the whole apartment. We didn't need the air conditioner and the elevator was very convenient. Loved the nespresso machine, and had our croissants, quiches, cheeses (wonderful fromagerie nearby) and pâtés every morning. Would definitely recommend this apartment; it was the best one we booked in all of Europe. Franck is a wonderful person to deal with.
The apartment was great. Not only was there everything you could need, it was tastefully and comfortably decorated. It has large windows that open up onto a beautiful street, a great bathroom, laundry. The shower was better than my shower at home. Little touches, like umbrellas and a supply of coffee, were highly appreciated. The building was very safe, and has a courtyard that separates you from the street. I stayed here for 5 days and after I moved on from Paris, I was missing it. The owner, Franck, was extremely helpful and spoke perfect English.
The location of the apartment couldn't be better for access to a very convenient Metro line as well as a great neighborhood for restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, what have you. It's a quiet building, I didn't hear another tenant and wasn't bothered by street noise. I had internet access via wi-fi and really enjoyed the kind of consistency and quality (or better) than you would get at a hotel, with the ability to cook for myself and save some $$.
The stove was a gas stove, there was a pretty good refrigerator and microwave, a good amount of pans and dishes etc., and he left enough paper products so that you don't have to buy any. Very nice kitchen with appliances from Miele.
I had a great experience at this place and would absolutely recommend it.
Apartment is as described in the listing. Franck was very quick to communicate and accommodating of our schedule. Great location -- the Marais is one of "the neighborhoods" in Paris right now -- St. Paul metro, a decent bakery and grocery store are all just 2 blocks away.
Great place to stay if you're traveling as a couple. If you're 3 or more, technically there's room to sleep that many, but you may find it cramped or wish for more privacy since there's really only the bedroom and living room.
We had a great time, and all things considered, were extremely pleased with our stay. When you take the rate into account as well (really, a bargain), you'll be hard-pressed to find a place to ticks so many boxes. We'd definitely come back.
And for my fellow American travelers, two final things to appreciate: 1) the building has an elevator(!), and 2) the shower is the same size you'd find in the States.
My friends and I (4 person ages 23-27) stayed in this apartment for six nights month ago (December 31 – January 6). Our stay was perfect! The apartment was clean and well-appointed. It was the perfect location on a quiet street. There was confectionery in next building! There also was a supermarket not so far to buy whatever we needed for the apartment and little market with different kind of cheese and seafood.
Apartment is 3 minutes from the metro Saint-Paul. Franck was always quick to respond with any questions we had. Many sightseeing are situated not so far from apartment (Notre Dame, Louvre, Latin Quarter, Place de la Bastille, Hotel de Ville and others).
I have already recommended this wonderful apartment to my friends.

Location très bien située pour visiter Paris; A 200 m de la station de Métro St Paul, la ligne 1 vous amène directement vers les plus grands sites de Paris.
Brasseries Parisiennes, commerces attractifs, rien ne Manque à proximité.
L'appartement est calme et dispose de nombreuses commodités; ascenseur, douche italienne, chauffage central, TV,....
L'immeuble est sécurisé par un accès par code, le propriétaire est disponible et à l'heure pour les remises clefs.
The apartment is located in the heart of Paris, at the corner of 'Rue Pavee' and 'Rue des Rosiers'. (Be careful, the localisation point on the map is not good, my apartment is near the metro Saint-Paul, not Hotel de Ville) The metro station 'Saint-Paul' (Line 1) is about 50meters from the building. You can go in the very good places of Paris with this line. The Line 1 is crossing Paris from East to West that means that you can go from 'the Chateau de Vincennes' to 'La Defense' through 'Bastille', 'Chatelet', 'the City Hall', 'the Louvre' or 'the Champs Elysees'!
