The flat is 1500 meters from the famous Eiffel Tower, . Invalides ; at 500 meters of unesco and at 20mn to 30 mn walking to the Concorde's place and the very touristic area of Saint Germain des Pres. you can visit all Paris walking from the studio .

The studio is entirely new and modern. It can fit until 4 people with 2 comfortable sofa beds. There is also a separate bathroom and kitchen completely furnished.

The flat is very quiet, sunny and secure. It is very well located in a safe and quiet area. The nearest metro stations are Segur on ligne 10 (30meters) and Sevres Lecourbe on ligne 6 (100meters). You can also find all shops, bakeries and famous restaurants that you need

If you enjoy sports, the two stadiums of rolland garros and parc des princes are directly accessible with the metro.

Important exhibitions such as the mundial car exhibition and the Salon de l'agriculture take place at Porte de Versailles which is only 15min by metro.
