Villa 'Fleur de Sel'

99 sq.m of living space on one single floor, (of which 18 sq.m are for the garage), in a quiet area, including: 3 bedrooms, a large living room with open plan kitchen. bathroom, separate wc, garage and enclosed garden courtyard, facing South, measuring 110 sq.m with terrace, table, chairs, sun loungers, plantations, tree, not overlooked and a nice pine trees woodland across the road.

The shower room and the living room were fully renovated in February, 2011 with brand new furniture.

The bedrooms were renovated in December 2011 with a 160 bed in one and a very comfortable sofa-bed.

The access is easy for a wheelchair from the road or from the courtyard as well as inside the house.

For the comfort of all, the house is non-smoking.

The house is located in a very quiet housing estate, at the corner of la rue du Peux Gaillot and the rue des Courans, which is lined by a well-maintained wood.

House for disabled persons: 3 bedrooms: the first one measuring 10 sq.m with a 160x190 bed and a large wall-cupboard with wardrobe. The second bedroom is 10 sq.m large with 2 beds of 90x190. and a large wall-cupboard with wardrobe. The third one measuring 11 sq.m with 2 bunk beds and 1 sofa-bed (for 2 persons), a folding baby cot, (a high chair and a baby bathtub are available upon request).

- A large living room measuring 32 sq.m a French door opens on the terrace, large table, sideboards,sofa, open-plan kitchen equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, an electric cooker with oven, a dishwasher, cutlery for 12, a microwave oven, a toaster, an electric coffee maker, a kettle and a Nescafe Dolce Gusto

- 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, hand basin and wc.

- 1 separate WC.

- 1 bicycle garage with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink.

- Bicycles available o go shopping.

- Electric barbecue,

- Electrical heating is extra from October 1st to May 30th.

Outdoor: 110 sq.m courtyard facing south-east with a tiled terrace.

Forget your car for the rest of the stay.

Located 700m by foot or bike from the harbour and the market which takes place every day. To get there, you will walk through small typical alleyway, lined with hollyhocks. 1200m away by foot or bike from the beach of La Flotte and 5000m by foot from a supermarket.

- Childcare equipment: baby cot,(high chair and baby bathtub available upon request).

- Bikes.

Optional services:

- rental of sheets, bath towels and beach towels and tea towels. 25 per set. Please book one month in advance for the summer period and 15 days in advance for the rest of the year.

- final cleaning on request: 66 Euro.

- additional cleaning at the end of the stay will be charged € 22 per hour if needed and will be deducted from the security deposit.

  • The bathroom which has been fully renovated in February is the most beautiful of all the rooms, so the ladies can enjoy it....and also has toilets.

  • The bedroom at the en has a bunk beds and a sofa-bed and was completely renovated in 2011. The other two bedrooms were fully renovated in December 2011. One bedroom will have a large bed of 160 and the other one, 2 single beds that can be joined.

Notes:
Easy access for disabled persons inside and outside the house. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and is therefore easily accessible for a disabled person. We have no problem concerning dogs as long as they stay calm and do not break the furniture and that a special care is brought during the final cleaning so that it is left spotless.
