* Four bedrooms each with its own bathroom - approximately 4000 square feet. Three Bears Hideaway can accommodate up to eight guests. As of January 2008 the home will have 2 sets of bunk beds added to the downstairs family room. Home will then accommodate up to twelve guests.
Brief Description: This spacious four bedroom home enjoys a private location on 30 acres in beautiful Bridger Canyon, just ten minutes from Bozeman. Guests will enjoy fantastic mountain views, lots of peace and quiet, and easy access to hiking from this home. Bridger Bowl ski area is just ten minutes away!
Bedrooms and baths: Three Bears Hideaway has four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. There are two master suites on the main level. The first master bedroom has a king size bed, luxury linens, and a private bathroom with a gorgeous tiled shower with double shower heads. The second master bedroom also has a king size bed, the best linens and a private bath with clawfoot tub and a separate shower. The third bedroom on the main level has a wonderful queen size bed, and a full private bath with tub and shower. Finally, the lower level of the home has the fourth bedroom with a full bath with a gorgeous tiled shower out in the hall also. There is a half bath off the living area as well.
Kitchen: This fully equipped kitchen has top of the line appliances and amenities, slate countertops and gorgeous light fixtures. The kitchen has a gourmet gas range, stainless steel appliances, microwave, coffee maker and grinder, dishwasher, etc! It has absolutely everything you will need for any meal you have planned. There is a nice selection of high quality cookware, serving ware and a good spice cabinet as well. Out on the deck you will find a gas barbecue grill and seating for those outdoor meals.
Dining area: The harvest style dining room table is located just off the kitchen and great room area. It will seat up to ten comfortably.
Living room: The living room is absolutely gorgeous, with a huge rock fireplace, cozy leather sofas and chairs, and a beautiful selection of western artwork. Hiding behind one of the paintings is the home's entertainment and surround sound system. There is a flat screen television with DVD and satellite service in this living room, as well as downstairs in the family room. The family room has more space for your group to spread out and a really large flat screen television, as well as a ping pong table for the kids.
Setting, acreage, views: Three Bears Hideaway is on 30 private acres with gorgeous views of the Bridger Mountains across the canyon. Groves of aspen and pine trees are scattered around the home, with lots of resident wildlife for your viewing pleasure! The home is in a beautiful "community" where there are a dozen or so other homes that share 370 acres of common area for hiking, as well as a seven acre park at the bottom of the hill, where there is a stocked trout pond, picnic area and firepit.
Services available: The rental rate includes a weekly cleaning. Additional housekeeping, as well as catering services can be arranged with a bit of prior notice.
Activities nearby: Besides hiking and mountain biking on nearby trails, there is fishing on the Gallatin River and Yellowstone Rivers -both rivers are just thirty minutes away. Guests can also spend time skiing at nearby Bridger Bowl - just ten minutes away. Horseback riding, rafting, golf, tours of Yellowstone National Park, and everything that the towns of Bozeman and Livingston have to offer is all within reach.
Closest town and airport: It's about 20 minutes to Bozeman's Gallatin Field airport. Bozeman is just ten minutes from the home, Livingston is about thirty minutes away.
Other details: There is a telephone at the home for guests to use for local calls. No smoking is allowed in the home. No pets are allowed on the property or in the home. The home has a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a garage with room for at least one guest vehicle. All Mountain Home properties have fully equipped kitchens, and include good quality kitchen, bath and bed linens, and staples like paper goods, laundry, dish and hand soaps.
