The first floor apartment comprises a large lounge/dining area complete with sofa bed and armchair, TV with Sky TV and a DVD player, Dining Table and 6 chairs. There is a separate kitchen with oven, hob, microwave & fridge. There are two bedrooms and a four piece bathroom and all rooms have ceiling fans. Outside there is a balcony with table & chairs overlooking the large pool area which is for residents use only.

We have recently returned from an autumn break in Los Alcazares. It was the first time we have travelled to this area of Spain and it won't be our last. If you are looking for a comfortable place to "chill out" then we can highly recommend this apartment which is in a quiet and well maintained complex. The apartment is well equipt (unlike many apartments we have stayed in), very comfortable and overlooks the pool area. It is only a short walk (about 5 minutes) to the square where you can find a large supermarket and an array of shops, bars and restaurants. (We can recommend El Patio and La Diva.) The beach area is a further 5 minutes walk and there is numerous beach bars along a lovely promenade - great for an afternoon/evening stroll. The beach itself is very clean, (certainly not crowded when we were there). The Mar Menor is great for children and very safe to paddle and swim in. A 20 minute walk along the prom will take you into the old town of Los Alcazares. Local transport appears quite reliable and buses go to Cartagena and Murcia which are both well worth seeing. Stuart looks after the apartment for Graham and Claire and is very helpful. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful break away then we can highly recommend this apartment and resort.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children

From the long sandy beach to the wide variety of restaurants which are perfect after a hard days chilling out. If you do prefer a night in then the apartment has been equipped to provide a home from home experience.

We came out here for my husbands 40th and he will have some great memories.
The apartment is great,very well equipped and clean. Great location . About 5 minutes from the beach and 3 minutes from the bars and restaurants .
The resort is stunning. The beach is amazing and so clean. There are so many places to eat and drink. Only 5 minutes from the airport which is great.
Graham was great as was Ann .
We will definitely be coming back.

Overall really pleased with the apartment, Well equipped, Clean, and a nice complimentary bottle of wine on arrival .Fantastic communication with Graham, the owner, which made for a stress free holiday. Lovely restaurants in the main strip, especially Vendi International, (highly recommended) and the Royal India, Definitely returning...

fantastic apartment, me and my husband had 2 lovely months here in the winter but it was like our english summer. the sun all day on the bacony till about 5oclock. the apartment had everything you could possible want.will be going back again this winter for a little longer. there is plenty of places we want to explore.many thanks to anne for the lifts to and from the airport and so helpful.
and so easy to book from the owners. you have got a little gem here.

Great Apartment. Great location

The apartment is ideally located within walking distance to the sandy beaches of the Mar Menor and the town centre of Los Alcazares. We hired a car, but this isn't necessary as the property is only a ten minute taxi ride from the airport and there is plenty to do in Los Alcazares.
The apartment is beautifully appointed and set within beautifully manicured gardens. In February, it was extremely peaceful and the balcony catches the winter sun from morning until late afternoon.
We were met by Ann, who was charming and helpful and lives locally.
That was out last holiday in Spain as we are moving out to Costa Calida in May this year.
Cartagena is a beautiful city, only 25 minutes by car, or drive to La Union, park the car there and take the train into Cartagena.
There are English bars and restaurants aswell as traditional Spanish ones such as El Patio II and Angela's.

Los Alcazares is just 5 mins drive from Murcia Airport. This newly built apartment is situated approximately 10 mins walk from the 7km long sandy beach situated on the Mar Menor a large shallow salt water lagoon, ideal for children, separated from the Mediterranean by a strip of land called La Manga. The Mar Menor is popular for all types of water sports & bathers alike. The promenade is lined with Tapas bars to give a real Spanish atmosphere. It is a 5 minute stroll to the excellent Mercadona supermarket which is located in the new Baliniero square, which is home to a new 5 star hotel & numerous bars & restaurants. There are several golf courses all located within a 15 min drive from Los Alcazares. The city of Murcia with its magnificent cathedral & numerous department stores is well worth a visit as is the historic city of Cartagenga with its famous historic Roman sites & magnificent Harbour. The region of Murcia has an average of 320 days sunshine a year.
