Dry Heat Resorts is proud to manage this 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor tropics-inspired condominium in the Palm Springs Deauville. The bedroom has a King bed, dresser, TV, two night stands, ceiling fan and sliding glass door to the sunny patio. The patio is just a few feet away from one of the three pool/spa areas and faces east receiving morning sun.

*If you need to do a little work from your vacation home, this condo comes equipped with a desk, high-speed Internet, fax machine and printer.

The living room has a comfortable sofa, a large TV, DVD/VCR player and CD stereo. French doors open the living room up to the patio which has two rocking chairs, a separate cafe style seating area, a BBQ and ceiling fan. The patio faces east and receives moderate sun. The dining room has a glass-top table, four rattan chairs and ceiling fan. The unit also features a full kitchen with new appliances
