This renovated 18th Century cottage with original oak beams and open fireplace, just close to the village La Richardais, is in Cancaval's cove (only 1min walk by a little path in front of the gate), at 300 metres from typical castle (Montmarin - Château des Corsaires XVIIIème, with its superb park;
It benefits of beautiful Nature surroundings, views and nearby nice walking paths (GR34 at gate) beaches (first one 1 min walk).
Large sunny enclosed private garden overlooking the Rance Estuary (1000M2). Off road parking.
Fully equipped for comfortable modern convenience: through lounge , dining-room with nice view overlooking the garden (large double glass door), fully fitted kitchen opened on the dining-room.

Calme, authenticité, charme

Parfait endroit pour se reposer en famille en profitant du très grand jardin entièrement sécurisé (pratique pour les enfants). La location en elle-même est bien entretenue avec un très joli cachet (pierres et poutres apparentes, cheminée) et se trouve sur différents parcours de randonnée et à quelques minutes en voiture des plages de Dinard, St Malo, St Lunaire. Les propriétaires sont aussi charmants que discrets. Bref, une très bonne adresse !

Entspannend

Tolle Gegend. Gut ausgebaute Radstrecken. Haus sehr ruhig gelegen. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut erreichbar. Werden noch einmal in der Bretagne Urlaub machen.
