The bustling town of Paphos is just 18km away. There are three detached villas available that have been lavishly fitted throughout with superior quality furnishings and equipment. Comprising open plan lounge, separate fully equipped kitchen, downstairs ensuite bedroom, three further bedrooms upstairs - two en-suite - plus a family size bathroom, all complimented with 24/7 satellite TV and DVD. Each of the villas have their own private pool and sunbathing terrace area from where you can dine al-fresco on those warm summer nights. FREE group 'B' car hire included with these villas.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The above prices are based on eight persons sharing (including children) per day. All bookings are normally from Wednesday to Wednesday although this is flexible. A group B car-hire with third party insurance is included with the villa rental, CDW insurance (compulsory) is an additional £6.50 per day. To up-grade to a larger car or for additional cars, prices on request. Normal collection point is Paphos Airport, Larnaca Airport - details on request. Air conditioning is available payable locally (if necessary) at CYP2.50 per day per unit. However Kathikas village being 700 meters above sea level is generally cooler throughout he summer months and most clients have it not necessary outside the main 4/5 week hot season. The above rates therefore reflect this in the costings.
  • Linen is provided and a maid service once per week. The property is booked from 14.00 pm on the day of arrival through to 12.pm on departure day, this is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for arrivals. Baby sitting service and cot hire are available please ask for details. A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance payable eight weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £85 must be paid in advance before your arrival. This will be refunded once the property has been cleaned and found to be without damage. Please note also that we have available on-line ticketing for scheduled flights to and from UK please email for a quote.
  • For up to 4 persons there is a 10% discount.

We have just come home from a wonderful holiday in Villa Filaktis. It is set in a great location with fantastic views across the vineyards. The photos dont do the villa justice, its a lot larger than it looks. The pool is great for kids because it gradually gets deeper with steps for them to walk down. It was very hot when we were there but because the villa is in the mountains there was always a breeze that you dont get in paphos. we found it was often about 4 or 5 degrees cooler.you can walk into the village it takes about 10 mins.you will need a car but it doesnt take that long to get anywhere, its lovely views down the mountains as you drive. kathikas is a quaint little village with a small shop and several taverns. we had a fantastic meal at imogens inn nice for couples or friends. we went for a meze at the farmyard after reading great reviews but was very disappointed the meat was very chewey.the locals are very friendly and will often say hello.george is a friendly chap very helpful.
