The villa is a beautiful property which sleeps 8 comfortably, it has paved terraces at the front and the rear of it so you have sun all day or shade all day depending on which terrace you use. The lounge is tastefully furnished and very comfortable having air con in the summer and heating for winter plus a fitted electric fire. All of the bedrooms have pretty curtains with matching bedspreads and fitted wardrobes. There is ample space in 2 of them for the fold away bed and the other for the baby cot. 1 of the bedrooms is ensuite. The lounge also has a large TV with SKY and free to view BBC and ITV channels. The American kitchen has a breakfast bar+ micro wave, cooker, hobbs top, toaster, washing machine, , iron, ironing board.

The villa is 10 mins to Benaladena Poablo, 5 min to Arroyo de la Miel, 10 mins drive to Mijas 15 mins to beach.. Directly opposite is a 9 hole golf course with a spectacular practice range, also tennis courts. Also opposite 2 mins walk is a Liddell supermarket, 5 mins walk is a strip with good quality English bars and very good restaurants, a 10 min walk takes you to Tivoli World one of the largest theme parks in Europe, with fun fare and 3 shows every evening, cabaret, country and western, flamenco. a walk takes you to Spanish bars and restaurants. The villa is in easy walk 2 mins to the bus stop with buses running regular to Mijas, Benalmadena, Torremolinos where the Crocodile Park and Agua Park is well worth a visit

We spent a lovely week here in August 2008, the Villa was very clean and all things nessesary were available to us in the accomadation.
The Villa is not located near the sea as stated, we had the use of a family car which needed to get to the beach, although the bus service is very close by and should be ok to use for a trip to the beach.
There is a supermarket over the road which is very handy, but if you fancy a look into town you need to be fit or use taxi's or again public transport.
