Mullins Bay or Gibbs Beach in St Peter are places to relax under the Casuarina trees. There are many beaches along the coast and Heywoods Beach in St Peter is stunning, wide and quiet. You will find calm water perfect for swimming and snorkelling, and miles of white sand beaches to walk along. Farley Hill National Park in St Peter is the place for those wanting an idyllic stroll in shady, green gardens with spectacular blooms. The park has amazing views of the East coast and the ruins of a sugar planter's mansion. Barbados Wildlife Reserve is opposite.

The local tourist areas are less than 2 miles away, for shops, supermarkets, banks etc. Local bars are within walking distance and an abundance of restaurants are all within easy reach.

Golf:
The exclusive and famous Sandy Lane golf course is a mere 20 minutes drive away. Frequented by The Royal family and Tiger Woods.
